Your average person isn't going be able to afford ten people besides their attorneys to pick out a jury pool and direct the attorneys questioning etc.

I generally don't see any shows until they make it to syndication. I just saw Frazier for the first time last year when I watched all the episodes back-to-back in a marathon. It pretty much has to be on Netflix or Amazon before I see it. I have seen some of the NCIS episodes as my daughter watches it.
