You know, almost everyone says this new program is a lot more livable... I've made it even more livable by upping my daily points by almost 50%. And I'm still losing weight!

I'm just in a rut and am not taking the time to cook. Buying Smart Ones, but they're high in salt and no solution to my laziness. Think I've bottomed out, though, so there's hope. I ban you for sending your lost pounds to me.

I ban QS for gloating. She's a good traditional cook but hasn't gotten in to WW recipes. And we work opposite shifts. I do best when I devote a day of the week to cook and freeze.
