I ban RM for that unexplained ban of me. Would you fire someone "just for the heck of it?" I don't think so. That would earn you a trip straight to HR and open the company up to litigation. You'll be hearing from my attorney. |
I ban Mike for that erroneous argument. Most states are "at will" states, meaning companies can hire and fire at will with out repercussions. |
