Those who use LAURA MERCIER MAKEUP!! Any one use this makeup? I have heard such great things about it and I really want to try it. Only problem - I went to the website www.lauramercier.com and went to "Creating a Flawless Face". I am just so confused on what to put on......does it seem there are way too many products? There seem to be 5 or more concealers and 15 steps to creating the Flawless Face....I am just trying to find which products I need.  I have oily/acne prone skin so need coverage but am just too confused on what to get - any help or ideas? |
I use it and I would highly recommend that the first time you go to buy, you find a dept store that sells it and get a facial done (or make up session)so that you know what you are supposed to get. I know that there is the foundation primer (I use the oil-free) and I use a Tinted moisturizer (I am over 50) instead of foundation (Oil free, too). I use the Secret camoflage for my freckles, imperfections and brown spots on the face and the secret concealer under my eyes. I then I have the loose setting powder for my face and the secret brightening powder for under my eyes. If you get your face done at the store, then they can tell you the correct colors to use for your skin tone and which powders or concealers you need. I am sure that the age factor makes a big difference on what to use. Of course there is the blushes and the eye shadows and lip colors to deal with too. |
I use the liquid foundation and that's all i have so far cause i used blush by Mac, etc. I love the foundation |

But there is so much to choose from, because they make the products to accomodate alot of skin types, ages, skin tones, etc, it gets just so confusing and the makeup rep can really hone it down for you. |
I got mine at Sephora. Do you have one near you? Or check their website |
