:( I'm now sitting in computer lab with tears running down my face. My mommy is 68 and still in pretty good health and mental function, but i know sometimes i'm not as patient with her as I should be. |

We so enjoyed our daughter being with us this past week, we three talked,talked and being our age talked of things never before. Made our wishes known to her. Papi thank you so much!! I just lost my Mom in March and now take care of my 88 year old Dad daily and it does get frustrating some days but this really put it into perspective. I haven't cried so much in a long time |

Papi, I do understand...my eyes welled up with tears, I have a lump in my throat...but I also have a smile on my face...with loving memory of my mom and dad...I miss them both terribly, may they rest in peaceful sleep, forever. |

Thanks for showing this, As I am starting to go through this with my mom who is 82, I pray ever night for patience and under standing with her, she is so independnt still but the time is getting closer that she will have to make a choice of where to live, when she no longer able to live by herself and drive. you know it's bad when at 82 yrs old in life your giving three choices 1. Live with me 2. live with my sister 3. nursing home. |
This is so touching. I am also at this point with my Mom and Dad. They are both 79 years old and faltering. I sent this to my brothers and sisters as a reminder when times get rough with Mom and Dad. Thank you. |

This Music Is So Beautiful Papi I found myself coming to this thread this morning and listening the site you posted here, once again thank you for it. http://parentswish.com/site01/small.html We pray that the Lord has restored your health, and that on those nice days there in NJ that you and PattiCake are enjoying nice long walks together. God lifts us up through all these trials we must go through in this life time, HE is always here for us. I'm dealing with a lot of pain these past weeks due to the auto accident last month, but Praise God for lifting us up and holding us on HIS shoulder, HE really helps us to be strong. We never know what we are going to be dealt with in this life but what really matters is how we deal with what we are dealt with. I am so thankful to know that God is always here for us to lift us up and give us the strength to get through whatever we must. Papi I am not on the computer much these days, after I listened to this beautiful music I am finding myself posting here, hopefully you know how much many of the folks here at Yorkie Talk have missed you, prayerfully you will find it in your heart to be back with each and all of those that so love you. Jack said to tell you hi and yeppers he has his order in again already for two of those Birthday cakes :) LOL but that won't be for a couple months. Again Papi, thank you for sharing this beautiful site, PRAISE GOD FOR LIFTING US UP and providing HIS strength within our bodies to get through all things.
