OH Im sooo sorry! Hang in there, Im sure you will have good news eventually. Your DIL is probably taking this so hard, give her a big hug! My prayers are with your family! |
Thank you all so much for the prayers and PM's. They can try again in January (this is their 1st IVF cycle). They have 3 more embryos frozen. I just left their house (lunch hour) and they are just devastated. Please continue to pray for them They want a baby so much - it just breaks my heart to see them like this. I'm so thankful they have each other. They are so much in love (after almost 11 years) and will make wonderful parents. Thanks my friends - I don't know what I'd do without you guys, Kim |

Prayers coming for your son & DIL. Had prayed that all would go well after she was out of the hospital. It is hard to see where God is taking you all right now, but He does have a plan. Lean on HIM - praying His Grace into your lives |

He's BEAUTIFUL!!! I'm taking her back to the Dr Friday to find out if she needs to go ahead and have a D&C. Since the baby stopped developing, it seems like that would be the thing to do. They are holding up OK now. They both realize that it happened for a reason, it's just hard for them because they went thru so much. Quote:

I'm so sorry that this happened to you and your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. |
My prayers are with your family. I had 3 miscarrages and then gave up and bought a house with the money we saved so I could take some time off from work. 2 weeks afeter moving in to the house I was pregnant. I know it is so much harder when IFV is involved. |
all our thoughts are with you and your family at this time ... just when they do not expect it, it will happen. I had 2 miscarriages before my daughter was born .... I am sending prayers your way .... |
Oh I'm sooo sorry for you and for them. I feel their pain w/ you. I had 3 miscarriages and I know how devastating it is. There isn't anything anyone can say to take away the pain, but it's still important to be there for them like you are. You sound like a wonderful mother/MIL. I ended up having a uterine septum (my uterus was shaped like a heart basically instead of a pear) and after that was surgically removed I was able to carry a baby to term and now I have two beautiful daughters. Going through something like this really makes you appreciate your kids once you are finally blessed with them. The cream that scrappysmom was referring to is most likely progesterone cream. I had to use that also as a precaution after my surgeries (kinda like extra insurance for me). It was nasty, but it's amazing what you'll go through for those babies. Sorry to ramble. You're all in my prayers. If you or your DIL ever need to talk let me know. |
