I know she has bigger problems than this... but...The part I really dont get is why does she keep driving? She has a gazillion dollars...Hire a driver dingbat!!! She can afford to have someone on call 24hrs a day to drive her anywhere she wants to go. I really dont get it. I hope her kids are in a safe place and she gets whatever help she needs to get it together.

I am sorry but in my qpinion it is about time! Britney Spears in my opinion is among the most ridiculous celebrities that exist in our culture, right up there with Anna Nicole Smith...She will do absolutly anything to get a reaction, even if it is the deafening sound that accompanies projectile vomitting. In my opinion she is an arrested child that should be arrested and probably should not have childrem. Hopefully this will be a wake up call to her, I fear it will not be however...I feel sorry for her in a way, I mean what can you expect from someone who never had a normal life herself, but the pity sort of stops when it involves the kids...

Im not saying the kids should have remained with her,no. I agree with that, however are they even better with Kevin? I highly doubt that.

Has he really cleaned up his act or is it that no one cares about him anymore so no one knows/talks about what he does? :p

But anyway, maybe this will be what Britney needs to turn her life around.

I feel really bad for her boys... someday when they are older they are going to see all these pictures and video of their mom doing stupid things... I hope she cleans up her act. I think her parents should have gotten custody.

It's so sad. I don't think the kids should be with either parent. Why is it when parents make stupid mistakes the kids always have to suffer. I really hope she cleans up. She has so much talent to offer.

I think they should be given up for adoption to loving parents that actually want kids and know how to care for them, not her or Kevin, although Kevin did clean up his act a bit. Either way i think they're better in his hands right now than hers but it's just sad

It's all very sad. Why hasn't someone, i.e. grandparents, stepped forward and petition for 3rd party custody????

Exactly!! I always think the same thing too when they get DUI's. It's like come on already!! You are going to a function where you know you are going to be drinking, get a driver or take a taxi. Duh!!

From what you read....Kfed only cleaned up his act specifically for the custody of the kids. ANd what comes with the kids? MORE MONEY! Think about it...Kfed has two other kids....did he fight so hard for them? noo...

These are my thoughts exactly. When you read a story like this, I thank god my kids were brought up not needing for anything but also not with lots of money.

I just hate to see kids today make money so important.

I read that in addition to now getting a valid driver's lisence, Britney didn't do any of the things that she was court ordered to do..like go to classes, or a drug couselor (not that Im surprised) and that's why her kids were ultimately taken away. Also, I read on Perezhilton that she said once that she goes out in public with the most rediculous outfits to get attention because once the paparazzi stop taking pictures of you, you're forgotten about...

I really do think that the kids are better off with Kevin..even though he has two other kids..their mother is actually sane and takes care of them..theyre not in danger like Britney's kids. Britney's parents still talk to Kevin and hang out with the kids when he has them..

I just hope she gets help before the next headline reads about her suicide attempt..

Britney Spears' kids have been the center of an awful lot of automotive controversy lately - but, like real Southern boys, you just can't keep Sean Preston or Jayden James out of a car! Our videographers just rushed back from Tarzana with this footage of Kevin's nanny taking Sean and Jayden out for a stroll in their matching toy cars around an hour and a half ago, picking a flower for them to enjoy along the way. The Boys certainly seemed docile in the face of all the changes that have been happening around them lately. That's certainly good to hear!

We do have to ask - where the hell is Kevin? After all the fuss he made about getting his kids in the first place, wouldn't you expect to see him out with them instead of the nanny?

True......... but many kids have working parents who are at daycare and sitters everyday.

I agree that neither are "model" parents, but I think the better choice of the 2 has been made.

....... and as for the "poor little Yorkie"...... I wonder if we could try to get custody of it!!:p
