Her site makes me sick to my stomach:( them poor babies:( If we can even STOP one person from buying from her then:thumbup: to us, some people dont know any better and go looking for a healthy pup and find that site and make a huge mistake:( :(

Well I do agree with you there ;) And also, I just wanted to add in - (and not saying this to you directly, but just to everyone in general who happens to read this thread) that I never said that these dogs were unhealthy. I know nothing about them nor have I ever seen her dogs in person. Although I DO think the white Maltese's eyes looked pretty pathetic. What I AM saying however, is that in general, a GOOD, responsible breeder who cares about the well being of her dogs would not take different breeds of "tiny" dogs and breed them just to get tiny, micro, teacup or whatever dogs and then sell them for $7,000 or more. I'm sorry - I don't care how you look at it, but that just ISN'T what a good breeder does. I bet any one of us here could call this lady up right now on the phone and tell her that we want to buy "so and so" dog and she would sell it to us with no questions asked. There are just too many red flags that this lady is only in it for the money.

I don't support what that breeder is doing (w/ the teacup and etc. part) but I do want to say that I just fell in love with Valentino (shih tzu):D !

Oh ok...you said pink jumpsuit and I didn't even have to look - LOL. I remember that dog...mainly because I LOVED that little hoodie he/she was wearing, LOL. But the dog is cute too though :)

Oh I think we all gotcha girl :) There is nothing wrong with thinking some of her pups are cute though - some of them are indeed!

That is just so sad.
I can't understand why anyone would want to breed such tiny dogs.
Destiny was just at 5 pounds and I can't imagine breeding anything smaller than her which many do. Don't they worry about having such a small dam having a litter of puppies? How can you do it and not feel bad about it?
Of course I am not sure how small we are talking here but I have seen some breed a yorkie or maltese that was only 2 pounds, that is just ridiculous. And the prices this woman is asking is also ridiculous. Now give me someone who has a great quality yorkie or maltese with a great backround bred to the standard size and I way more likely to pay a higher price for one of them then a tiny poor bred one. It amazes me what some people get away with.:(

On another note, I can't say much about the tear staining. I have seen maltese whose tear staining was a lot worse. And it isn't always something that can be cleared up as easily.
But I myself can't stand looking at a maltese with badly tear staining. Which is why I am very diligent with taking such great care of Sugar and Candie's eyes and staining. I could never allow them to look like this but not everyone feels the same way I do.

Hey, guess what!?!?! After seeing that Shih Tzu I started thinking about getting one after I get my Yorkie... Sooooo, I contacted a Shih Tzu show breeder and they may have some around $500-$1000 (show quality but with a fault) in the summer.. So, After I get my Yorkie in December/January, I can get a Shih Tzu in the summer!! YAY to me... They also breed Yorkies but I already have a Yorkie breeder.... But Anyway.. YAY, YAY, YAY:D
