LOL...when I was married to my first husband, his brother and SIL spent quite awhile living in Australia, and that was a fairly common name there. I'd never heard it and I when they named their absolutely beautiful little girl Bronwyn, I was HORRIFIED:D . I didn't like it at first, but it really grew on me and now I love the name. I like the name Avery too; very different and kind of sophisticated I think. I LOVE different names. Now. My first name is Seana and when I was young I HATED it b/c NOBODY and I mean NOBODY knew how it was pronounced (other than people who knew me). So every time the school year started, I had a new teacher who would always call out "SEE ANNA" or "SEE AWWNNA"...and everyone would start giggling. You know how it is when you're a kid. It's scarred me for life:p , LOL. Now, everyone knows who Sean Connery is, and there's a few of us Seanas around, so it's not quite so bad. Plus, I'm not quite as sensitive as I used to be about people mispronouncing my name...now I answer to almost anything that starts with an "s", LOL.

Oh! OH! I LOVE Sophia too! That's one of my most favorite names! How could I forget, LOL? One of our friends just named their little girl Sophia Rose!

Oh I know how annoying it is. My first name is Aerrica. It is pronounced just like Erica. People call me "Uh-erica" or "America".

Wow...what a beautiful name! LOL on the "America".... and who would name their child UH -erica, rofl? That's probably what those people were thinking, LOL.

My best friend's name is Amara! Her name is Amara Dawn. I've always thought her name was so pretty!

Emmerson is pretty too!

(I'm going down your list lol)

Lyric is very pretty, and there is a little girl in my daughter's class named Liberty.


Gosh, all of these pretty names make me want to change my own!

My bf's cousin's name is Sophia Rose!!

I know someone who also named their little girl Solene...i guess it could be pronounced 'so-len' or so-lean'...its different and i think its cute. we call her so-so:)

I like that name! It sounds so French to me. And the nickname is really cute!

I know, wouldn't it be great if you could change your name every few days to something new and interesting, LOL?:thumbup:

I'm having a girl and we're calling her Amelia Grace... I think that's pretty but I'm biased! lol :D

I have been praying to have a daughter but I have two boys. Malakai and Ezekial. If I had a daughternot now...maybe just a doll at this point because i am so exhausted from having 2 boys and then twins run in my family and my luck I would have twin boys but anyways...... Abrianna, Arianna, Ayden, and Kalleigha. My brother daughters are Brooklyn and Payton and my youngest brothers daughter name is Lillian Grace.
