party ideas.. My boyfriend turns 25 on oct. 7th. i am going to throw a small get together/party at our place on sat. the 6th. We live in a townhome(which is a good size and has a patio-but of course it doesnt have THAT much room) ANYWAYS-anyone have any ideas that i can use for the party. There will be food(appetizers) and drinks but anything creative that i can do (i dont want anything extravagant but of course i dont want people to just "hang out" like usual. Its definately going to have a kinda laid back atmosphere.. but i want some creative ideas for the lil shin-dig!! haha ( i LOVE planning these things, but i have been SUPER SUPER busy lately and had alot going on that i have not had ANYTIME to even think.. haha-my brain's full!! ;) thanks all!! |
Have people bring gifts that have to do with the number 25...like things that cost 25 cents, or things that come in packages of 25, or 25 of one thing (roses, cans of beer, his favorite candy bars, etc.) Get him a bottle of wine that is aged 25 years, then share it on a special night just for you two Have guests sign something as they come in (book or mat on a photo frame) and then take a picture of everyone together at the party. Frame the photo with the signatures or put it in the book Along the same lines as that, get a blank book and have each guest write down a funny story about him, and write their predictions of what he will be like/what will happen by his 30th or 40th birthday. It would be fun to look back on! Take a photo of him with each person that attends the party and put in that book with their stories. |
^Those are some good ideas! very creative :) |
very clever!! thanks so much!! :) those are neat-im such a big "picture taker", so thats right up my alley!! :) Thanks again.. and if you think of anymore dont hesitate to share. hehe. ;) |
Those were great ideas! I think I might "borrow" a few of them for my boyfriend's 28th in December. |
