Ebay - please pay! Has anyone ever sold an item on ebay, and then never got paid for it? Please pay if you bid on an item. I'm getting mad cause someone bought something from me and didn't pay for it grrrrrrrrrrrr......I may have to sic my crazy Yorkie on them  But I think Cujo would just lick em to death....traitor. :animal-sm |
Yes! I sell on ebay It actually is my Day Job! although I only have one item listed at the present. what you do is go to your auction and on the left upper side you will see a list> print invoice, leave feedback etc at the bottom of the list it should say report item not paid or not received. click on this and have your item number ready and the name of buyer. once you listed this info it will take you to another area( paypal) hopefully you use this as a form of payment protection if not.. then click on your item list again and offer second chance to bidders that placed the highest bid! Or leave negative feedback Or relist item! first let ebay know that payment has not been received so there will not be a charge for the re-list. Basically you cannot force someone to pay you, paypal & ebay will contact the person and give them the speech about a contract and such and if they still dont pay they can be suspended. How long has it been? I think it has to be at least 7 working days w/ no contact from the bidder. Good luck |

Grrrrr - still no word from the buyer. And I sent 2 invoices and an email. The buyer just joined June 14th and has no feedback at all. Kinda worried, but keeping your advice in mind. :eyeballpc |
what is your auction number or sellers name? maybe I can help get her personal information. also here is some information regarding payment from ebay rules... Unpaid Item Policy Buyers automatically enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if they win the online auction or use the Buy It Now feature. eBay's Unpaid Item policy requires buyers to pay the seller for the items that they commit to purchase. Sellers can file an Unpaid Item dispute with eBay for each of their items that are purchased but not paid for. eBay will issue a strike on the account of the buyer who does not honor their obligation to pay (unless the buyer and seller mutually agree not to complete the transaction). Note: If a buyer gets too many strikes in too short a time period, their account will be suspended indefinitely. In some cases, limits may be placed on the buyer’s account in advance of suspension. also the link to file a report. please let me know if the link will not take you there http://pages.ebay.com/securitycenter/index.html |

I hope it was a joke although it will cost this person even if it was. when did you see this was it a stuffed dog? Animals and Wildlife Products eBay generally does not allow the listing of live animals or pets on eBay. In restricted cases, some stuffed birds and the pelts and skins of some animals are permitted. |

I sell on ebay all the time. And yes some people suck. I just had someone not pay beacuse they said that the 12 year old that babysit bid on my item and they werent supposed to. Hows that my fault? I told her she had to pay my fees that it cost me. I never heard from her again. Make sure you turn them into ebay and leave the BAD feedback so it will warn others. |
it was a litter of 6.. and they were stuffed.. |
