Oh how I LOVE shoes!! Im having serious problems! Not only do I need to stop at the shoe dept in every store I go to, but 95% of the time I walk out with a new pair or two! And nothing makes me feel better, happier (besides the pups of course) than a new pair of shoes! The other day I bought the HOTTEST pair of heels! They are marroon peep toe patent leather heels! I have NO idea if I'll EVER wear them, but I had to have them!!! I am up to OVER 70 pairs of shoes now :rolleyes: :D :D :D :rolleyes:

Wow.. thats a little too much. I am not a shoe person, but I am a purse person..lol. I have over 70 purses. WIth shoes I wear rainbows in the summer and crocs in the winter.. plain and simple.

I actually bought a new purse the same day I bought those hot shoes! I have never been a purse person but I have a couple! I wanted a coach soooo bad so I got one and I NEVER use it! LOL its white, Im afraid it will get dirty! haha the new one I bought the other day I actually LOVED it and had to have it! Its all these nice fall colors and a good size when I travel in dec to carry a book and some snacks and stuff since I cant take a carry on bc my dogs are my carry on :)

My sister is the same way with shoes. ;) I think everyone has something that they can't resist buying. For me, now it's anything for Rudy & Lucky. I think we should start a thread that says: " Hello, my name is________ and I'm a compulsive buyer of _____________. :D I bet almost all of us could fill in the blanks. :D

wow I love shoes to, but i dont have that many:) I love t-shirts with sayings on them, I have about 50 of those:) maybe I Should borrow some of your shoes to go with them:D :D :D

I am going to New Mexico to visit my mom and brother for the holidays! 2 weeks no work! :) But not til December! I can't wait though! I am 30, and my brother is 29 and we've always been close so its hard to live so far from him! also my mom being far away kind of stinks too! She used to live a mile from me and had a fenced in yard, so I was there with my boys EVERY day to let them run around her yard! :) :)

I also love coats/jackets! I have about 30! But the funny part of that is I HATE wearing them! they are big and bulky and get in the way and usually make me too hot! I just like buying them! HAHA Last year I found a black rabbit coat (used at a consignment shop). Its not leather, they do not hurt the bunnies to make rabbit coats if they are not leather. I LOVE rabbits, I owned at least 10 of them in my lifetime as pets! They didnt sleep with me but they were house broken and roamed my house all the time when I was home to watch them of course (those suckers chew EVERYTHING!!!) Anyways, I did some research on rabbit fur and found out they use long hair breeds and shave them to make the coats, like they do with sheep to make wool sweaters! :)

OMG, my dog is drinking my lime seltzer water!!! so funny cuz hes shocked that its fizzing in his face but he keeps on drinking it!! HAHAHA Keeps looking up at me like 'what is this stuff mom, its making noise!!"

Wow, you have a lot of shoes! I usually donate my shoes and clothes to goodwill or something whenever I notice that I'm not wearing them very often. If I haven't worn it in a yr, then I don't need it...So, I give it away, and buy new! :)

ALL my friends come to me when they need a pair of shoes to wear with something specific for one night cuz they know I'll have something for them!! although I do have to say I need to get some more colored shoes. I need some blue ones, purple ones, green ones, yellow ones, etc...

at this point, my shoes are a museum in my closet! haha Id have a TON more (pushing 100 pairs) if my dogs did not eat about 20 pairs when they were pups! haha I don't replace shoes cuz im always just buying them. They are a collection now, not a wardrobe! haha

Awh you are my kind of girl - hee, hee....I have tons of shoes too. Not sure how many but I have not counted since my hubby gasped at 50 pairs - hee, hee!!!

I buy them all the time too even when I do not need them. Oh well worse habits have been had, right???? :rolleyes: :p :p

yeah, I always felt guilty with my ex that I was always broke yet seemed to have enough $$ to buy shoes all the time! HAHA I am single so I have 2 HUGE closets in my master bedroom all to myself and I take full advantage of them! I actually have to split my summer shoes & winter shoes in 2 groups and put one group in another room for the off season!

It pays off to be single, in that case.

And my husband thinks I have too many shoes and too much clothes!! LOL :) He would faint if he saw your museum of shoes!! Even with donating clothes and shoes every yr or so, I still fill up an entire walk in closet and a guest bedroom closet, but you've DEFINITELY got me beat on the shoes...You're so right, you can never have too many shoes...I have like 11 pairs of just black heels/shoes, but just the other day, I was thinking how none of them would work for this one black dress that I have. Hubby doesn't get it, but he doesn't mind...Haha.
I need more color variety in my shoe collection though...The majority of my shoes are heels, but I have a ton in only black, different shades of brown, gold, silver, etc....Not enough colors!! Girl, you make me want to go shopping...Why did I open this thread!!

My DH doesn't get it either. Yes I know I have 30 pairs of black heels, but you can't wear just any type of black heel with just any outfit.

He just shakes his head and contributes to the cause. He came home with the cutest pair the other day!

LOL You are welcome! I am SO ADDICTED to those! I am as if not more addicted to those than I am the real thing. OMG I wish I could get some real shoes that look like some of those!

Oh man, you definately do get me!!! I must have 10 pairs of black heels also, and sometimes NONE of them are 'right' for a certain outfit. I find it VERY funny to stand in front of my closet in the morning and find myself thinking 'NONE of my shoes go with THIS outfit" then I have to laugh at myself bc there HAS to be a pair that goes just fine! Or I'll think to myself "why dont I have these but with a strap here and in yellow?" LOL

Oh my gosh, you are sooo funny!! I do the same thing....My husband rolls his eyes at me everytime I say, "I have nothing to wear" or "None of my shoes match this outfit." Haha!
