I had no idea Villette was under the weather. I live in Houston, is there anything I can do for her? My weekend is open.

Hon, Villette's husband died today and this little story reminded me so much of how she is and the impression she has left here.

If you go to 'Off Topic" there are a couple threads. You might give Peanut a pm since she has been trying to get someone to stop by and this is so very nice of you. YT members are surely the greatest.

It has been said that in years to come people will NOT
remember what kind of car you drove,
what kind of home you lived in,
what kind of clothing you wore,
but they will remember how you made them feel.

RedV always made people laugh and feel good ... thank heavens she will still be able to do that.

I believe what she meant by true story is the story in the email. Villette is NOT kidding about this. She's not like that. (I know you weren't implying that, just figured I'd say it :))

Oh heavens Monday, I think you misunderstood Chattiesmom's post. She meant I'm sure, that she hoped this very old story was true and I do too!!

Oopsy, I really did misunderstand that!!! I never for a moment thought Red98Vett would joke about such a thing ... my apologies ....

Now, I see she was referring to the story about the telephone operator (Information, please) ...

That sounds like a story from the "Chicken Soup for the Soul" books ... heart warming ....
