V, here is a little something for you. I have always loved this...


When somebody dies, a cloud turns into
an angel, and flies up to tell God
to put another flower on a pillow.
A bird gives the message back to
the world, and sings a silent prayer
that makes the rain cry. People dis-
appear, but they never really go away.
The spirits up there put the sun to
bed, wake up grass, and spin the
earth in dizzy circles. Sometimes you
can see them dancing in a cloud during
the day-time, when they're supposed
to be sleeping. They paint the rain-
bows and also the sunsets and make
waves splash and tug at the tide.
They toss shooting stars and listen to
wishes. And when they sing wind-
songs, they whisper to us, "Don't
miss me too much. The view is nice
and I'm doing just fine."

Oh V I am so so sorry hun. I've been away from Yt for a bit now but I decided to come tonight and just seen this. OH gosshhh I'm in tears right now..Gooossshhh V I'm so so sorry. You and so many others on YT were the reason why I stayed strong when I lost Lilly..You are the back bone of YT. I'm hurting for you sweety. Please know that my heart is with you and your family.

V.....May God give you strength at this terribly hard time! You have been and will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers......I am soooooo sorry!
You have a very, very large family here at YT that care about you and are here for you....and that includes me....so please let us know if we can do something for you!

i don't know what to write after hearing this news villette, ... the only thing i can think of saying is i am so soo sorry for your loss V, we're all here for you. don't push yourself too hard in this difficult time, take care of yourself. and we all love you here and will be waiting for you when you're ready to come back. i will be keeping you and your family in my thoughts, prayers, and heart.

I'm so sorry for your loss.... I know there is nothing I can say to ease your pain and for that I'm even more sorry becuase I know the pain of loosing a love one as I've loss two.

I'm so sorry to read about your loss! You do so much for each of us here on YT, and I so wish we could each be there to do something for you now in your time of need. I cannot even imagine the pain you are going through, but I received this when my grandpa died, and I found some comfort in it. I think it is a special way to explain life in a new dimension. Someday we'll all get our "dragonfly wings", and we'll all be together again. Your husband just got his wings first...


The Dragonfly

Once, in a little pond, in the muddy water under the lily pads,
there lived a little water beetle in a community of water
beetles. They lived a simple and comfortable life in the pond
with few disturbances and interruptions.

Once in a while, sadness would come to the community when one of
their fellow beetles would climb the stem of a lily pad and
would never be seen again. They knew when this happened; their
friend was dead, gone forever.

Then, one day, one little water beetle felt an irresistible urge
to climb up that stem. However, he was determined that he would
not leave forever. He would come back and tell his friends what
he had found at the top.

When he reached the top and climbed out of the water onto the
surface of the lily pad, he was so tired, and the sun felt so
warm, that he decided he must take a nap. As he slept, his body
changed and when he woke up, he had turned into a beautiful
blue-tailed dragonfly with broad wings and a slender body
designed for flying.

So, fly he did! And, as he soared he saw the beauty of a whole
new world and a far superior way of life to what he had never
known existed.

Then he remembered his beetle friends and how they were thinking
by now he was dead. He wanted to go back to tell them, and
explain to them that he was now more alive than he had ever been
before. His life had been fulfilled rather than ended.

But, his new body would not go down into the water. He could
not get back to tell his friends the good news. Then he
understood that their time would come, when they, too, would
know what he now knew. So, he raised his wings and flew off
into his joyous new life!

Villette, I am just heartbroken for you. I had you on my mind all day yesterday and didn't know why until I got a PM from Joan. Even knowing that this day would come does not prepare you for it. I am praying for you, my friend, and I know God will help you through this difficult time and eventually heal your broken heart. I love you.
