We're on vacation :( We'll here we are on vacation and it's raining again for the second day! Buddy was never in the car so long and stood up for almost 2 1/2 hrs cuddled into my right shoulder while I was trying to consentrate driving in the downpour of rain that we followed down to the Jersey shore and it has not stopped since yesterday:eek: He was in his seatbelt harness. So here I am on YT trying to pass the time while my sister went to the doc's. Bud is having a great time here with them. He loves them and barked his head off when my sister and BIL left. Family coming over tonight for dinner so I get to show him off. We were suppose to have a block party in the neighborhood today but it was cancelled due the the darn rain. My BIL made over 100 meatballs for the party so tonight were having spagetti and meatballs. He's a good Italian cook. Look forward to it and a bottle of vino to down them:D I'll find my own way to enjoy my vacation rain or not.:p Bud say's hi to all his buddies. Take care and I pray the sun atleast makes an appearence tomorrow. |
I'm on vacation too!:D , but I didn't go anywhere. I'm just staying home to do nothing. I just want to rest and maybe organize stuff in the kitchen and closets and little things here and there. The cleaning lady is coming twice this week, so I don't have to do much around the house,just being on YT and relaxing. I hope the weather gets better for you up there.:) |
I usually take a week off to do the exact thing your doing also this is my second week. Even though it's only 2 1/2 hrs I only get down most times 1x a year. I just wish I could get some sun. Bud's having a great time. This morning he went into my suitcase and stole a bra and ran around the house with it tripping over the straps. My BIL stopped him after I chased him around the house. I was pretty embarassed when he handed it to me but Bud kept running doing laps all over the place. Rain is not spoiling his vacation much. |
I know how you feel about the bra situation. One day my in laws came and while I was putting make up Jerome got in the hamper and found one of my panties he was dragging it and shaking his head while he had my panties in his mouth hubby came running to the bedroom and told me what Jerome was doing, but he didn't take my underwear away from Jerome, by then Jerome had walk all over the house with my panties. I was soooooo embarrased:embar: :embar: |
I so glad you are having fun! Even if its raining! I would LOVE homemade meatballs! :) What a relief that Buddy was good in the car huh? You must be sooo relieved to have a perfect gentleman with you this trip vs a devil in disguise! :) Enjoy the rest of your trip and I hope it stops raining!! |

We'll here we are into another day, Wed, and guess what? Yep, it's raining very lightly. It's suppose to stop today. Buddy had a great time entertaining everyone last night but he was so smitten with my niece. He stuck to her like glue having met her for the first time. He was humping her arm:eek: and followed her wherever and whenever she moved to a point where I was uncomfortable with it. He just would not leave her alone for a second. I have never seen him like this before. He had love in his eyes it seemed and would not stop looking at her for over two hours. Very strange. Well my sister and I are going to do some shopping today to get out and my BIL will babysit. Tomorrow we're headed back home and it going to be 84 and Fri 92:eek: It was great being together that's what counts. One thing out of this weather is Buddy got to wear his raincoat for three days hating every minute of it. I have been very proud of him, he has been a perfect little man except for the orgy he tried to have with my niece:p Catch you all from NY tomorrow. |
