Need YT Good Vibes
 
I'm going for a job interview on Friday and would really appreciate some YT prayers. I know how powerful they are and I could really use them.

It's time for a change of jobs for me and I know how scarce they can be right now, so it's a little scary. But, as they say, No Guts - No Glory!!!

Thanks guys! Just knowing you guys put in a good word with the Man upstairs makes me feel better. It's so nice having friends you've never met and probably never will meet, but friends just the same. I'd be lost without YT!

Well, you guys won't believe what happened. I had a 3:30 interview, arrived early and sat there until 4:30 pm. As you all know, the weather here was awful Thursday and Friday and I was not looking forward to driving in I45 in traffic while it was raining. I finally asked the receptionist if they might possibly want to re-schedule the interview. So, she calls the HR guy and he comes out apologizing all over the place. He had called the agency to re-schedule due to a conflict. Problem is, nobody called me.

Since I truly believe in karma, I'm hoping this little episode will work in my favor. The best part about it was, I got to sit there for an hour watching all the employees interact with each other. It was so uplifting after dealing with my current job the past two years. So, my time was not totally wasted.

Thanks again for all your good wishes. I'll keep you posted on the outcome. I should go back on Wednesday.
