I'm soo hungry
 
I'm on the lemonade diet and im on day 2, tom's day 3. I keep dreaming of food!! lol I want to eat EVERYTHING!! but i can't :(

lemonade diet?? i've never heard of that... sadly lemonade makes me sick. how long is your diet?? is the end in sight???

are you trying to lose a sig amount of weight fast? Like for an event in a week from now? If not, please don't do that! Its soooo not good for you to not eat! It actually does not make you lose weight at all. it slows the progression of weight loss after the first week bc your body retains fat bc it does not know when its going to eat again. Try eating small meals multiple times a day instead of 3 bigger meals. That will help you lose faster! stay away from sugar if anything, your body does not need refined sugar. Eat fruit, veggies, chicken and fish and eat it all fresh (no preserves or salt)

It's supposed to be for 10 days but some ppl do it longer. I'm only doing it for a week. Here is a link about it

I only want to lose about 5 lbs cause I'm going to Dominican Republic next week. I seriously want to eat a big burger now or just anything! lol I know it's not too good for me, my brother eats 6 small meals a day and he's so skinny but i think men lose weight faster than girls. :rolleyes: I'm also doing it with my mom cause she really wanted to try it, her sister is on day 8 and has lost a lot of weight. After i finish it i am going to eat all healthy stuff, no junk! :)

a lot of that weight you lose in the beginning is water weight, not fat...it will come back as soon as you start eating again. being on this diet, will yes, yield results you want, but only for a limited amount of time. if you want to lose weight and stay healthy, it takes time. and patience. with healthy eating and exercise. i highly recommend you do the latter.

If this is the lemonade mixed w/ cayenne pepper program I believe it's more for colon cleansing...the weight loss is an extra benefit because you can't eat while your doing it....:)

I'd be sick as a dog. Lemonade makes we break out in a rash, and my lips swell up. I'd be one funny looking skinny person.

when you eat again, don't surprised how fast you put the weight back on... any food after a liquid diet for a week is going to make you gain weight quickly. If you keep with the healthy though you will lose the weight 'for real' not just a quick water weight reduction that this diet will provide. 5lbs is NOTHING :) Girl... EAT! :)

ok so i broke it LOL! Last night i ate chick peas, at least they're healthy, just a couple by themselves but i had to eat! Now im about to eat chicken and vegetables. I figured since im going to DR im not gonna be able to get off it properly and in DR theres soooo much spanish food lol but my mom is doing it, i still work out everyday tho so i think im good

My friend had incredible, lasting results on this diet (aka Master Cleanse diet).
