wow girl...you need a hug!!!! bless your heart. i wish there was something i could do!

well, let us know if there is anything we can do. it sounds like you have your bases covered but sometimes, a girl just needs "girl time" :) you have a lot on your plate right now. i wish you would take some time for yourself. sounds like you need it!!

I hope your niece is ok. i have been there...i know how hard it is to go through. I will keep her in our thoughts and prayers.

I just turned the calendar to August 1 (that is today right?) and I just realized tomorrow is our 9th wedding anniversary and we get to spend it with the surveyors instead of doing something together.

I'm sorry to hear about your niece. :( How is she doing?

How are you holding up with all the new developments going on? I wish I was there so I could help you.... I know how it is to need help and have no one around willing to do it. Hang in there... I'll be praying for you and you niece. Tell her I said hi and that I'm thinking of her, ok?

I am going to see my Dr tomorrow at 3 because I think all the stress of everything is getting me depressed.

I can't sleep my stomach is in knots and this morning jerk face was out there mowing on this side of the fence because he thinks he owns it now so I ran out with the camera and took pictures and told him to shut the tractor off and park it and that he can't legally touch the fene until our surveyors are done and we are taking him to court and suig him and I haven't stopped crying since and I called the sheriff who said we need an injuntion but our attory siad it will be alot of money

so i called my doctor t osee if i can get some meds to help me because i can't do anything more to help myself. I just can't, and my mom si on hre way ovr because i couldn't hardly talk to her in a normal wayo n te h phone so she is coming to be with me right now.

I feel so bad for you having to deal with this.

We just put up a fence and we live directly behind the head of town council and he already had a privacy fence up. I was really stressed about putting another one back to back, but they were really nice about it and let us link into their fence, and we continued theirs, giving them more privacy panels.

Neighbors can be the absolute worst sometimes and I really hope you get everything straigtened out. Sometimes there is just no talking to people that only want to cause issues.

But, it seems you did NOTHING wrong, so I'm sure it will work out in your favor <3 *hugs*

Your neighbor sounds like a real @sshole, I'm sorry:( Try not to get too stressed out by him, it's what he WANTS.

I'm so sorry that your niece miscarried:cry: I hope that she's okay.

Well my mom came over earlier and hugged me and let me cry like she used to do when I was a little kid. Ok so that makes me sound silly, but it helped and I did feel some better afterwards.

Oh Man! I just found this thread. Alycia -- hugs and more hugs to you..... I cannot believe what you are going through.

Please give your neice hugs from me and my condolences on her loss.

As far as your property/neighbor dispute, it sounds like you are doing everything the right way. I just cannot imagine the living H*LL you are going through. I think you are wise beyond all measure thinking far enough ahead to consider selling if you can get fair market value. You don't need that kind of stress and it sounds like this looney toons isn't going to quit.

I LOVE THE PIG FARM idea...... Would it be possible to move the chickens to that side AND STOCK UP ON ROOSTERS? Twenty or thirty might be enough :lol tears. They can sing him awake every morning about dawn.

hugs and more hugs, my young friend. Keep your chin up and above all KEEP THE FAITH. When one door closes another opens..... maybe you are supposed to be somewhere else.

I can do you one better....we have guineas...have you ever heard a guinea scream?? It could wake the dead...and they walk around squaking all the time. Ernie said he wants 50 more of em LOL

The pigs are because they smell terrible and the wind always blows his direction....so how do ya think will get the smell??? ;)

Start a compost heap.... and find some fire ants and "share". Record everything, write a book, sell it to a Hollywood producer and get rich off the movie royalties.

Your going thru so much and I sure don't envy you at all. What ever the outcome, I'd leave things alone and not poke sticks at the devil. Maybe you could find a better few acres without the hassels. As for your anniversary, at least you two have each other and that's much more than most have. I didn't even have my husband home to even give a big hug to on our last two anniversaries. Don't let all these pressures come between you two either. Other demons are not worth your happiness and health. ;)

Ok I talked to the surveyors this morning and they should be here by NOON!! they had a small job to finish early this morning and they are coming straight here from the other site to get started.

I am both excited and nervous at the same time...is that possible?
