They did not tell me that the local sports channel would be available for a hefty additional fee. They did not tell me I purchased my equipment and the warranty expires after one year. 13 months after I got it, I lost my signal. Something went wrong with the dish. I called for service and was told it was $70 for a service call or $35 service call plus $5 per month service plan plus another one year service commitment. Needless to say, I told them where they could put it. I plan to sell the receiver on Ebay. I am now back with cable. |
