Lohan busted for DIU AGAIN! http://www.tmz.com/ I'm REALLY tired of these stars being REPEAT DUI offenders! They keep getting barely anything but a slap on the hand because they can AFFORD to pay the fines that would CRIPPLE an average household. I wish multiple DUI offenders paid a PERCENTAGE of their gross income as a ticket. I know it might seem like a "worse punishment" than lower income, but THEY are the ones who can afford the TIME to take off of work and the MONEY for rehab. The average person can't afford these things. I'm just so tired of seeing high income or movie stars not care about their fines. They enjoy the publicity and they take advantage. People shouldn't get rewarded for this behavior with attention. |

This is so sad. It really bothers me that if it were anyone else but a star to have been arrested for a DUI under the legal age limit the consequences would have been much worse. Then add to that the fact of a 2nd DUI in 3 months. :thumbdown |
She has a big movie premiere tomorrow... I wouldn't doubt that it has something to do with that. |

I don't know necessarily think it was a publicity stunt. During the search she had a baggie with coke in it. DUI is one thing but Coke is another. Very sad that these celebrites that have so damn much take it for granted. |

They are young, stupid and think they are invincible. That money they make they feel insulate them against all the mess that us normal people have to go through. Yep the last time when she ran her damn mercedes into that person's property she also had coke in the car. It's one thing to be stupid and kill yourself but the saddest thing that happens is that they kill some innocent person and they walk away with a scratch and bruise and pay some money to keep the family silent. |

She's so young and pretty and talented and I guess it just goes to show you that money does not fulfill your heart and soul. I feel really sad for her, but I do hope that they come down on her full force with the law. Otherwise, she's going to totally self destruct, and hopefully, not take anyone else with her. Some people really do have to hit rock bottom before they will accept help, and even then, it's a degrading, and difficult road. I wish her all the luck in the world. |

Here's my beef. These girls make millions, why not hire someone to drive you around all night so you don't have to drive. It's not rocket science, GET A CHAUFFER! They can certainly afford it. Just shows how very troubled and unsmart they really are. |
The girl is very addicted to drugs and alcohol and needs help, not jail. I'm sure since she has so many things against her she's going to serve jail time. I hope it's in a hospital. She is in serious need of help. |

It makes me really sad that she has ended up like this. I used to really like her a couple years ago...back when she was still a "good" girl. What I do not understand is why she hasn't gone to jail yet??? Paris Hilton had to go to jail because of I think 2 DUIs and Nicole Richie may be facing jail time for DUIs. Lindsay Lohan has had three now, two were when she was under 21, and she is known to have done drugs so why isn't she in jail?!? |

my cousin lost his license suspend for 5 years for having 2 DUI's and one was under age now he's a new daddy and cant take his daughter to DR's apointments since he's not a star just a kids with a Drinking problem ...also as being a person who has been sober since i was 21 *32* now i think this girl is fighting a tough battle trying to stop drinking at that age is a battle on top of a battle ...i just hope she gets sick and tired of being sick and tired Quote:

Welll - I'll just say what I think - these 'celebs' need to be treated like the rest of us are - I'm so Sick of seeing them get busted and NOT end up in jail like everyone else would - the justice system SUCKS when people like her are treated so special |
