is it raining at your house?? We have been flooding and it's raining again! Everyday, and not just a little, several inches in an hour! I don't want to wish it away, but sheesh, we're about to float off!

Between kids and the dogs, it's impossible to keep mud out of my house!

We've had showers everyday in Victoria but they don't last more than 10 minutes.

Now Char...you knew the rain was coming and you haven't gotten your Ark built yet? tsk, tsk! ;) :D

It has actually been nice lately with only a few showers on and off. But we did have some terrible rain for days previously.

I built my ark too small. I can't get all my kids AND dogs on it!!

Come over here and check the Lavaca River. You may be able to find a bridge if you bring your scuba diving equipment!

we're getting the rain but not like you are - stay safe and I know what you mean about the mud - thats why I Love tile - I keep some towels on the floor so they get the wet off - but I couldn't have the traffic in and out with carpet that's for sure. It would for sure be a mess...

Did I even know about the meet up??? If I did, I am drawing a complete blank here! LOL.

Wait a minute....it seems like I do remember getting a PM asking me to come...but I think it was going to be held during a time when we have plans?? :confused: I'm not sure - maybe the meet up I am thinking about already took place?? Oh heck, you will have to refresh my memory girl :p

Yes it is raining here again the ground is so saturated there is standing water everywhere..and we are on fairly high ground. Gonna need full body armor for the mosquitos...more rain thru the weekend.

I know! You, me, and TXShopper73 need to get together!

It's cloudy here again and about to rain some more. I just talked to hubby down at work at DOW and he said it's POURING there. I can hear it thundering to the South. Here we go AGAIN!!!

Oh, I hate carpet. Only have it in one room and want to get it out of there!

lol...I don't know if you did or not...We've been having one every month. This month's is next Sat (the 28th) but I think there's more people coming to the one in August. It's on the 11th. But I'm sure if all of you from S. Texas decided to come up, we'd have one whenever you wanted to come!!

We just had another 1/2" in 10 minutes. I know it doesn't sound like much, but this water has NO WHERE to go anymore. And, it's still raining :(
