So sorry your dad is going through this....surgery is a frightening ordeal to think about, he probably wont relax til after it's over....on Tuesday I'll be thinking & praying for all to go smoothly & quickly...every one else on here should all join in on Tuesday for a group prayer for him...:hands:

I will be praying for your Dad to come thru the surgery with flying colors.

I know after everything I've been going thru with my Daddy how much power there is in YT prayer.

Please try to stay strong for him and also, take care of yourself. Hospitals are draining for everybody - not just the patient.

Thank you so much everyone! I'm in tears reading all of the touching response and Prayers. He was happy to see me this weekend and he has a cold too :( My poor dad! I am Praying for him every minute of the day and even had the Catholic Priest that signed my wedding paperwork say a Prayer and give him Holy Water this weekend. He started crying when the Priest put his arm around him and gave him the Holy Water. It makes me so sad that he's so worried. I wish I could make it all go away for him. Now I Know how it feels to be a parent. As they get older you start to feel like the parent. Anyway, time to go to sleep, thank you soooo much for the continued Prayers.

Sweetie, you know how I feel about all this. Your dad's been in my prayers non-stop since you told me he needs surgery. If you need ANYTHING, please let me know. I love you and I'm here for you. Codie, Tia, Cali and Jim send their best wishes to you and your family.

Thanks Jen, you're so sweet. With all that my family has been through I'm hoping things start getting smoother after this :( Give the babies kisses for me. How's Cali??

Thank you so much Gina. These Prayers mean so much to me, and so much to my family. I'm going to print everyone's Prayers and support and take them to the hospital with me tomorrow :D

Gosh....it's today isn't it? I'm sending my prayers and love to him right now across the miles. I bet he will come through and be stronger.

Thank you so much for all of the Prayers. He did GREAT during surgery. The kidney is officially out and he hardly lost any blood at all! He's in a lot of pain as expected but the focus is the cancer is gone! Thank you again!
