Thanks girl! It wasn't the best 4th of July I've had...but oh well I guess :( They said that they MAY reschedule them for a later date, but we'll see :rolleyes:

LOL, I think YOU are on to something Jodie! I will tell my hubby to get right to work on the ark....there are quite a few Yorkie owners around here :p Maybe Kimberly (txshopper) can come and join us on the ark...she lives minutes from me :p

As for the Giardia, it's so funny you mentioned that because I have been thinking the exact same thing. Although - Tatum hasn't even been going outside, thank goodness...as she will just JUMP in the puddles and have herself a grand 'ol time :rolleyes: So we've had to resort to puppy pads for her until all this rain clears up, IF it ever does :rolleyes: Stedman on the other hand, will just lift his leg off the side of the patio and shoot his little golden stream onto the grass so that he doesn't get a SPEC of rain on him LOL....he is way too much of a girly man (as my hubby says lol) to get himself all wet, he is such a big baby!! :rolleyes: :p And after he's done he will run back inside as he doesn't like this yucky weather either. And of course...when it rains, he POOPS on my patio, so I am constantly having to clean that off now. Just such a big mess! :thumbdown

Well when you put it that way, about being able to save money on the water bill, thus being able to buy the furkids more stuff - it makes it TOTALLY worth it!! :D LOL j/k....of course it really does make everything BEAUTIFUL and GREEN...and I guess it is better than everything being soooo dry :rolleyes: I just wish it wasn't QUITE THIS miserable and that there wasn't tons and tons of standing water in my yard like there is now as I HATE having a messy looking yard - I feel like an unkept yard just makes a house look "vacant" and so, I don't know...whats the word.... TRASHY??? :thumbdown LOL. We SO want to go outside on mowe, BUT CAN'T! :thumbdown Bummer :rolleyes:

Oh yeah, we can definitely make a pit stop in Dallas ;) I have an aunt that lives there anyway - and is a YORKIE owner.... I'm sure she'd be pretty PO'd if the ark didn't stop by her place to collect her and her babies lol :p

Keep a watch out for us girl - you can't miss us...you will see my two BRATS right at the front of the ark ;)

Stedman will be "King of the World"! (sorry...couldn't resist:rolleyes: )

We'll keep an eye out for the ark! Wouldn't that be a sight....a huge boat filled with Yorkies and their owners!!!

honestly. i really like it.
i mean. its just. lol. i dont know.
according to my teacher last year

"its better than living in a place like vegas, where its the same weather and same climate all year long. dont think of houston weather as dreadful, but as exciting! i mean, its like reaching into a box of cereal! or opening a happy meal! who knows what toy you'll get? well, its the same deal with the weather!"
(it was extremely funny, because although he is a wonderful teacher and really funny, his voice and attitude is quite often monotonous. and he was saying this with "excitement")

but then. houston weather does change every fifteen minutes. -____-

Ghostbar was very cool. They are on the 32nd floor ( I think) and have to balconies - one that is pretty big with a bar and lounge chairs and another smaller one that you can stand on and see to the street. I was a little nervous at first , but it was fine after I stood for a while.
