Has anyone seen this site- http://www.deluxemoda.com/about.php? They have designer handbags at really unbelievable prices. I mean REALLY low. So naturally the first thought is, how in the heck can they do that? Must be knock offs. They do swear all over the place that their bags are authentic:

Okay, so what do you experts think? Is it too good to be true? I'm tempted to order one of the Pradas. With their guarantee I would think it would be safe because even if it turned out to be a knockoff and they wouldn't honor their guarantee, I could dispute it with my credit card company, right?

Definitley purchase it with a cc company so you have the extra buyers protection.

The prices do sound pretty good. Maybe check them out with the BBB before you purchase.

I would think you could dispute the charge with your CC company if you did in fact find you were ripped off. CC companies are pretty rabid about this stuff.

Do a Google search on this web site -- and DIG DEEP into the results. I bought a digital camera a few months ago and only looked at the first page of hits. Wish I'd looked farther in ...

I've seen companies like this before ... they seem real and honest but eventually they're sued because they sell fakes. I wouldn't trust them. I may be wrong but that's my gut feeling.

That just made me think..the same thing happened to Hubby and I two years ago when he wanted to buy his DLP TV. We got a good price and they got a couple good ratings...I should have read further because there were a bunch of complaints. Thankfully I documented everything because I had to initiate a chargeback with the CC company because they kept claiming they shipped the item and we never got it and when you checked the shippers site they said that they just received an order to pick up for ship but never an item.

So honestly I would just save up and buy it directly from the store. Keep an eye on the store because they tend to run sales at the end of the season for the newer stuff to come in.

Yep, I think I'm going to pass. I was just reading on a purse forum that anything with "moda" in it is fake. Oh well, I've had my eye on a cute Juicy anyway- more in my budget.:p Thanks for the help girls!
