People on Ebay.... aggravate me!! My husband and I put our playstation2 and all of the games up for sale, listed separately. I asked what I felt was a resonable price for each item since it is in almost new condition (we hardly ever played it)...so I get a question from an ebay member "do you gaurantee this to work"...ok no big deal except I clearly stated IN MY LISTING that the darn thing WORKS! CAN'T PEOPLE READ???!! |

Well now I feel bad for complaining because he sent me a nice email asking about the memory card and saying he just wanted to be 100% sure it works. |
Maybe he was asking that if he were to get and it didn't work, could he send it back.. hence the guarentee. |

It is ok, he ended up buying it after we emailed back and forth and he got all of his questions answered. He ended up being one of the best buyers I have ever dealt with there! Next time, I am keeping my mouth shut about people on ebay!!! :p |
I know what you mean. When I list I write very detailed descriptions with several pictures, sometimes 15 or 20 per item if it's needed...my husband says I go overboard. However, I still get emails asking stupid questions like 'how old is this?'...when the year it was made is in the title...people amaze me! I have over 100 items I need to list but I just don't know if my 'people skills' are up to it right now! |
I know what you mean but I think he was probably just making sure about everything before he commits to buy. I know I have bought something (an iPod dock/speaker/charger) off eBay that was said to be new, blah, blah, blah. I asked about it to double check (and have the sellers own words to fall back on) and when I got it, it wasn't as mentioned in the ad or as they even mentioned when I asked....so, as a buyer, I always ask and as a seller, I always answer honestly. I am sure it gets aggravating, but in this day and age, with not too many honest people, you can never be too cautious. |
