This is tomorrow Saturday, right. As in July 23rd? Just making sure. For some reason, I am an idiot and can't figure out how to read these forums. I don't know what my problem is. I can probably figure out how to find the dog park. You know we have one in Norman, too. Have you guys ever been there? Anyways, I am going to send a private message to you guys with my phone number in case something happens. I'm kind of worried about Brody being off a leash, but we'll see what happens. I'm overprotective!!! Are the other dogs in the dog park normal? |

It's tomorrow you got it right!! I haven't been to the one in Norman...we just moved down here in December and are still trying to find everything. The dog park we are going to has a special enclosed area just for small dogs, so if Brody has had his shots I wouldn't worry too much. He won't be able to go far! ;) There are really specific rules about the dogs that are allowed in the park, and I'm sure that there won't be ones that will be able to hurt Brody in the small dogs area. And we'll keep a good eye on them all :) . Linus and Bentley are only about 3 lbs. |
yeah..we spent most of our time in the small dog sec. last time! i think there was like a maltese ..chi.. lapso apso.. and 2 toy poodles!! so it's totally safe for lil ones! |
Sounds good! Last time Brody was at the vet he weighed a little over 4 pounds. I think I can probably figure out how to get there so I'll just meet you up there. If I get lost, I'll call. I think I am going to take Brody to the dog bakery afterwards since I'll already be up there. He'll be so excited! I'm excited about the meetup. My boyfriend thinks I'm crazy :eek: Obsessed with my dog! So what, right? I can't wait for our puppies to meet! I hope mine is nice! Usually is, but he REALLY likes other dogs. See you all tomorrow. |

Okay, maybe I do want to follow you! I tried looking up directions on Yahoo but I don't know if they tell me the right place because I couldn't find an address for the dog park. These directions tell me to take the exit for 23rd street. Is that right? Hmmm, maybe I do want to follow you. Its kinda late now, so I don't know if you'll check this. If I don't hear from you, then I can probably just find my way. |

My puppy woke me up at 6:45 this morning! So, I am awake. I think I do want to follow you, so if you get this, call me. I'll have to leave here 15 minutes earlier to meet you, so just let me know. If you don't check this, I can probably look at a map and figure it out. |
if you get lost! i pmed you my cell number!! call me and i'll tell ya where to go!!!! it's best to take lake hefner parkway...and get off on NW Expressway and turn left...go down to portland and make a right....go all the way down until you see stars and stripes park in front of you ( you should be at a stop sign ) make another right and go over the bridge then there will be a place to turn on your left..and it says dog park..but it's kinda hard to see.... but it will be the first left you can make after the bridge!! |
Great day I just wanted to thank everyone who made it out to the park today i really enjoyed it and i hope everyone had fun....its a great chance to get to talk face to face as well as to let our babies interact. I am planning on having the next one mid august some time...i know we have some students so you just let me know what works and we will try and make it so that everyone can come. |
