Prayers needed

This morning a fire strikes at the private animal shelter of my colleague in Notre Dame de Stanbridge . " La chaumière pour 4 pattes " completely burned down . Several cats and dogs perished in the fire . The firemen managed to save 10 cats and 20 dogs .

My colleague is devastated and really don't know if she'll have the courage to continue in her good work for the little ones . We are all praying and helping her .

Oh no, I feel sorry for your friend and all the animals that perished. :( Thank goodness some could be saved. :) Tell your friend that the surviving animals are depending on her, but I'm sure she knows that.

Oh, Diego, I am so terribly sorry to hear this, I know you are devistated!! I'm sure that your friend is heartbroken and discouraged right not, but in time I hope that the rescue can continue! You all do such amazing work. Please, if there is anything that we can do ... let us know. We will be praying for you all and those little ones who survived!!

What a tragedy! Those poor babies. Bless the firefighters who saved
so many of the dogs and cats.
Please tell you friend I am praying for her to find peace and to continue
to do the wonderful work she has been doing helping those poor animals
who have no one to love them. People like her are so very much needed
in this world.

That is very sad news. How awlful for those animals that didnt make it and I am sure the ones that did will be scarred for a long time. I am so sorry for your friend. I hope they are able to rebuild and carry on with their great mission to continue to help the poor animals that people have forgotten about.

2 of our teachers of the vet faculty saw the news on tv . They called some of us to know if we are interested to volunteer in helping your friend . I am waiting for them to arrive . We'll bring food for the cats and dogs saved by the firemen , teachers are bringing meds just in case the little ones need treatments . I have to go , they just arrived .

Help is coming to your friend .

oh nooooo ...:( :( :( that's so tragic and please give your friend my condolences...they may need her more than ever now. Is there anything we can do ?

Just arrived from there , the scene is horrible . There was a vet team , they arrived with food and medications for the little ones . I didn't had a chance to talk to them but they were very helpful , they also donated to rebuild the shelter. Neighbors were helping too . My friend was sent to hospital , she had a shock when she heard how many little ones died in the fire .

I'm so sorry about your friend's shelter. I pray that she's given a clean bill of health at the hospital and that she finds the peace and courage she needs to continue her good work.

Hi V ,

Actually , everything is under control except for my friend , the doctor sedated her because she was constantly blaming her because she wasn't able to save the little ones .

I was with the vet team . You know it was only natural to help . I was very touched by your friend's love for animal . She is a wonderful woman and I hope she'll be better soon because the little ones really need peoples like her to take care of them .
As you witnessed , we were very busy with the injured little ones .

oh no, how horrible! It sounds like there are lots of caring people there to help out and rebuild. I am adding you all to my prayers.
