I don't remember it being this stiff..... For the past two days I've tried to hang out my laundry on the line & all I can say is, "OUCH!! ....all the towels are now loofahs, I had to wet the wash cloth before I touched my face or I could have done a home dermabrasion on it, the jeans are now standing up on their own,we can just run & jump in & the t-shirts are in stretched out funky shapes...This is not what I remember from my younger days when I hung laundry out, I remember the wonderful smell & things where some what soft..what the heck happened?? |
HAHAHAHAHA I'm so sorry but that was the funniest, cutest post I've read in awhile :) I'm impressed you tried doing it that way. I remember them always being soft and smelling like flowers too :) |

ROFL!!! I couldn't open this thread fast enough...... |
Geez only laundry talk...I thought you had some juicy gossip for us with a title like that!! LOL...do you use a fabric softener??? Dawn |
Did you use a fabric softner in the wash. Also when I hang my clothes -- I either fluff them after they are dry with a softner sheet in the dryer. Hope this helps! :) |

Ya need some Snuggle, lol!!! It also helps to cheat and put them in the dryer for just a few after they sun dry to get them to soften up. |

Now that a couple of you have mentioned the dryer I do remember having to do this for a few minutes to remove the stiffness but I don't remember if it was before or after the line drying.... I guess I'll try both ... |
