This tribute touched me deeply, what a lovely man ~ I know many don't venture into the RIP thread, many times I don't as well, as I just caught this thread today. Perhaps many have read it, for those who haven't, it's touching.........

Dear Jan,
I just saw your thread here, and wanted to say how nice of you to start this thread here on Papi's behalf. Our hearts are so saddened for Papi, he is at such a loss without Kassie. We know only too well the heart ache of loosing one as Jack and I have been through it also. Jack and I had each other to help us get through this devasting time in our lives, but Papi is so alone, upon the passing of his wife some years ago, Kassie was everything to him. He sure needs our prayers, we are happy in knowing that his heart is now wanting to welcome a new little yorkie into his life. We pray that the Lord will help in this area in providing this need to be met and that a little yorkie will be in his life before long. He is so much in need of this to come about.

I too am so touched by Papi's beautiful memorial to his beloved Kassie.

Awesome post Janell.....I was so touched too. Papi's story was just heartbreaking......as they all are ...:( :( :( The RIP section is a section many avoid because it's so sad but people NEED to go and offer support....

That was wonderful......but oh so sad!

I too have only hit and miss posting in that section because it always brings me to tears. I have been there, as many of us have, but it is all sooo sad.

Papi is in our thoughts and prayers.....I hope to hear updates on him as the days go by!

Awe, you are so sweet! What you are doing for Papi is way beyond my simple post here. I so much want this kind man to have another little one in his life soon. I'm hoping Ytr's can make this happen as quickly as possible....... It's so hard when you are alone, and Papi does not deserve to be so, nor does anyone else for that matter. One, at a time...........:)

Papi's story was so sad...I had tears in my eyes reading it, as probably many others. I am so happy tho that he is ready for a new yorkie soul to keep him company. He is still in our prayers and we love him dearly.
Thanks for starting this thread...you are special, just like Papi and little Kassie.

OH poor papi, you no if i lived close enough to him, i would consider buying him a lil yorkie myself as here we can get them at a great price. He is someone who definitly deserves a special gift.

I was holding my Joey as I read Papi's tribute and it was all I could do to read through the tears and holding my Joey so tightly. What a wonderful tribute to be written, absolutely beautiful.
