ugh wish me luck I am set to graduate with a degree in communications. However...it all lays on this math class that I had to repeat. Now, I'm a good student...but math, to me, might as well be a foreign language. This semester I worked my butt off with extra help, all the studying I could get in, and did a ton of extra credit. And have pulled off with the lowest possible C. I had my final on Monday and basically if I don't get a C or above on that final...I'm screwed and will have a lot of explaining to do to my family who is coming in for graduation...that and a lot of explaining to do to everyone at my party the night before. I have a meeting with my math professor in the morning at 7:30am. I don't have to be up till 11am but I absolutely positively have to know my grade or else I'll be a wreck until Tuesday. I'd rather know 10 days before graduation that I'm not a success story than find out next Tuesday, a mere five days before graduation. At 8am I'll either be walking back to my dorm with an ear-to-ear grin and an extra bounce in my walk...or sobbing and inconsoloable in need of a punching bag. My fate rests on this meeting and grade that I will find out tomorrow :( Think about me at 7:30 :( Man I even bought my yorkies lil graduation outfits from Build-A-Bear so I could get a picture with them and me in my cap and gown :( |
Good luck! Don't stress so much! Take a deep breath, and take your test. :) |
Keep the faith - you've worked REALLY hard - I think you will be rewarded!!! I'm not sure about your college, but at mine, if a student is expected to graduate over the summer (worst case scenario, you have to repeat the course this summer), the student can walk for graduation in May - even though they have not officially "finished". I think you will pass the math course, but just in case, you might check out this possibility. |
Oh honey, don't worry! You'll be smiling and posting pictures of you and your babies in your graduation duds! Good luck. |
Oh I hope you get good news!!!! |
