I work at a Landrover and Volvo dealership. |
Home Engineer I'm a stay-at-home, home schooling Mom that has one vice to her name: dogs....expensive dogs. I don't care for nice cars, jewelry, or stylish clothes...just dogs.:p |
I work in Research & Development for a local newspaper in my area! My job is boring but it pays the bills! haha I do a lot of computer work and write code and scripts.... blah! |
I have been a secondary teacher (mostly high school) for 21 years. My husband's health issues (back, hip etc..) have resulted in his being home full time on disability for the time being. We have two wonderful sons in their early twenties. The younger lives with us for now, but I actually see the other more often! Go figure!! My greatest joy right now is my new yorkie puppy, but my hobby/heart is doing broken stained-glass mosaics. I am also learning to do traditional stained glass. |
I am an Animal Control Officer in Northern Virginia. That includes working at the animal shelter too. We are a small county shelter. |
I am going into my 4th year of college (nursing school) and should be graduating in May 2008 with my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. So after that, I'll be an RN in either the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, or a Maternity unit, or Labor&Delivery unit. I absolutely love babies and think it would be so rewarding working with them :) To make money while I'm going to school, I work at UCLA Medical Center as a carepartner :p |
My hubby and I own a bakery/deli and also run a private cafeteria for the Air Traffic Controllers in Winnipeg. We also manufacture a dog treat line that is distributed in Canada. My most important job of course, is Sedrick and Doogan's personal assistant. |
I am a commercial interior designer. (I have degrees in interior architecture and advertising-there's a difference between that and the "designers" from department stores that help pick out curtains.) I design mostly corporate interiors-insurance companies, banks, doctor's offices, schools, universities, and executive suites. I work for a company that is a dealer of a very large office furniture manufacturer...Which really means that I space plan for and lay out all the parts and pieces to build...you guessed it, CUBICLES! It's really not as boring as it sounds...I work in the design department, doing lots of space planning, remodels, finish selection, and furniture specification. We have very large clients that have offices all over the US, and all of that design and furniture comes out of our little company with 100 people! Keeps me on my toes! But, if I walked into a party and you didn't know me, you'd probably think I was a kindergarten teacher, because everyone else does! My dream jobs are to be a mommy, then an elementary art teacher. After that I'd like to write wine labels, and name paint colors! HA! |

Teacher I have been teaching for the past 21 years. I started out in high school and am now teaching 6-8 grades. I don't know why they keep moving me down!!!hehe! Not really, I chose to teach 6-8. I teach in a "fast-track" program enabling students to complete 2 full years in 1 year. In other words, we move fast! I was orginally a business education teacher (before computers invaded the classroom). After about 2 years of general business classes, I got involved with computers and technology. It is tough keeping abreast of new things and begging schools to keep up! I try, though! I have always been lucky with the school districts I have taught in--they have always tried to get me the technology I wanted for my students! I am also certified to teach English. I am mommy to 2 furbabies and 2 adult children and wife to a sweet hubby! I HAVE THE SUMMERS OFF!!!!!!! |
Laboratory Technician/ College Student I work at a Petroleum Laboratory and go to school mainly. But my job is great, because Berkley can always come with me to work!!! |
I work as a Inside Sales Admin - selling electronic components - Been doing this job for over 20 years- Hard to believe being I'm only 21 lmao |
Energy Consultant I'm an Energy Consultant. I love where I am. the company is great and we negotiate better utility rates for our customers. we don't say it's "free" but the client doesn't pay our fee, we get commission from the supplier. so what i do is listed as "sales" but really it's a "service" in a win-win situation. so if your state is deregulated (or area) and you have a business, look me up. my husband is a software development programmer. he loooooves it. i just want to be able to get on YT and Ebay! |
