Giving away a yorkie
 

hey guys i was going through my emails this morning and i seen an add and it said dog half such and such and also a yorkie and i thoguht yeah its another one of those who just want to dump their dogs but she said its an 18 month old female and she needs a new home so

i have emailed the lady and also instant messenged her to see if she is till available and in the email i explained to her you cant just give a yorkie away like you would clothes, you need to find a good home, and so she hasnt responded yet but i hope im not to late as she posted this yesterday evening and usually people jump on things like this but im excited becuse i want to at least get this yorkie and maybe get her a good home if i am not able to keep her with frankie and such, but i am also worried that maybe somehting is wrong with her and such but i am at least trying to get ahold of her,

but lets pray that she hasnt gave her away yet becuase to me its a 50 50 chance shes either going to a bad home of someone who justs wants a yorkie or she will go to a good home and lets just pray and hope that i get ahold of her and she still has her, i just feel bad that shes being offered like clothing to anyone who wants her, but i thought i would just post since i am somewhat excited as i had been looking for a girl also though, but lets just see where this goes

and lets all pray that we get her.

Wow, that is very strange! If it's on the up and up I hope she e-mails
you back and you get her. Scary to think what can happen to that
little yorkie if you don't get her.

she sounds like she needs to rehome becuase she posted 2 of them
not 2 yorkies but 2 dogs and they both seems young so im thinkig she may have gotten in over her head maybe with getting them since her other one she posted was 8 months old

but yeah it was posted on this forum where you can go and post anything you dont want anymore or anything that you want to give away and then they email or you email them and its like first come first serve or you choose who to give it to, and such but i sure hope she does i wrote in my subject line please read first before you promise her to someone else

she probably thinks im a crazy lady but hey i will try hard to save this little pup you know
so ill keep you guys posted and see what or if i hear anything

You may have scared her off by telling her you don't give dogs away like clothing!
I'm sure someone will give those babies a good home. If I had known she was giving them away, I would drive to Bakersfield or where ever she is and pick them up myself. I have a freind who is looking for another small pupster. She's retired and lives alone.

I have not mentioned this before now.........BUT..........

I hope you can get her...was she listed on freecycle or craigs list by chance?
I moderate my towns freecycle and there are so many puppies and dogs given away lately on these 2 sites its a shame...thats where i got my maltese mix from....
I'm constantly clicking on craigs list to refresh it, with all the dogs coming on there lately Its bound to have a yorkie sooner or later lol
I figured if one comes on, I'll try to get her/him and either keep ( if hubby lets me lol) or post on here for free to a good home.

That is insane!! I once saw a posting of someone wanting to sell or trade some old car and they were willing to "throw in a pug puppy" I was like WHAT???? It isn't a new set of tires!!! I thought I would die!! I emailed her but never recieved a response!

oh yes i hope i didnt offend her i just wanted to make sure she get sher into a good home but i guess we just see so many always offering dogs and treating them bad that we tend to think this way slightly about everyone

but i was nice though i just told her you have to be choosy when you rehome and place your pup up somewhere and that we would love to take her in

so we will see im just jumpy cause i have my emails always open in front of me and so i read and respond asap but alot of times people just close them and check them later and thats most likely what will happen so i will just wait

but its so much anxious
