Paypal problem!! Ok I need some help. Here's my story: last year someone hacked into my ebay and paypal account. So I thought the paypal account was deleted, and I created a new one a few nights ago so I could send a payment for my Juicy career. So i thought all was ok, until I tried to send a payment today for my 3 new carriers I bought (Ok, yes, I'm obsessed, but that can be another issue :D ). It said I needed to add a bank account before I sent money (it was set up using my credit card)...when I had just sent my payment yesterday for my other carrier...and it worked...? So I find out my other account is STILL open!!! And I can't add my credit card to that one, and I can't add my bank account to the new one!!!! Does anyone know how to delete one account? i can't find anything on paypal's website, and I just sent them an email but they haven't responded yet...:eek: :confused: :mad: |
I have no idefa. Do they give you a 24 hour number to call. |

Glad you found out the answer to your question. :) I just wanted to add that I had to call PayPal once, it was over lunch time, and I think I was on hold for 45 minutes.:eek: When I finally got someone on the phone, the lady couldn't have been any nicer or more helpfull. :) |
Glad you were able to answer your own question but it is scary. I changed addresses on my business and it took me 2 days to figure out how to change the info (I'm blonde too so maybe there's something to that). Another time I had to call customer service and was on hold for over 55 minutes! When a live person came I had almost forgotten what I was calling for. I complained that I was on hold for so long and the woman was very apologetic and then resolved the problem I was having quickly. |
