hang hello kitty not really but...... does anyone have any ideas on how to hang pictures without making whole in the walls? i have a hello kitty thing i want to hang in my girls room and thinking of making some pink frames to hang 2 more hello kitty pics actually 2 giant hk gift bgs i'm going to cut out then frame but i dont want to make wholes in the wall to hang them up |
http://www.amazon.com/Get-Organized-.../dp/B000ETMBDQ They tested these on GMA and while they don't hold the weight that they claim, they do hold about half of that, AND they only leave a pin sized hole. Maybe those would work. I saw them in Walmart, too:D |
I'm drawing a blank right now but what's that sticky stuff that has a white plastic hook on one side and the other side is sticky? They come in all different sizes and you can get one small enough to hold a picture hanger on. Once you put it on the wall, to get it off you just pull down on the strip (a certain part of it) and it pops off with supposedly no damage to the wall. I've used those for the girls' posters that I had framed for their rooms. I can not for the life of me think of what brand they are though. |

Yes, 3M..... that gave me a place to start on a search. I am just posting the first link I came across so you can see what they are called.... http://www.amazon.com/3M-Sawtooth-Pi.../dp/B0001DTL2O |
I have tried those 3m products and they didn't hold for me and I was using them for tea towels. |
I used them to hang all of my daughters' posters that are in poster frames and they've been hanging for about a year. Don't know.... they worked for me. Might be worth at least trying this method before putting holes in the walls. Let us know how it works for you! |

I have several pics up with the pic hanger ones. Did you wait the full hour before putting the towels on them? |
