I just had a Pampered Chef Party -- if anyone is needing anything along that line, I would be happy to have you place an order on line for my party. You just go to this site: www.pamperedchef.biz/kate -- then when prompted, just say yes, you want the order to be added to a party and type my name in: Debra Harscher

Don't tempt me! I love their beer bread mix and chipotle dip! I have a box of both waiting for me as a treat when I've lost the weight I want to lose. I also have their standing spoon holder...that thing is wonderful!

Ah, come on be tempted -- lol! That is how I wound up having a party -- all the temptations. You know I have a bag of Beer bread mix that I have not used. I wanted the crock to hold utensils. Hmmm... maybe I should make the guys some bread. I am dieting too so none for me right now.

I'm afraid to look...I just can't help myself when I see pampered chef (or any kitchen gadgets) I just HAVE to purchase stuff....

I know what you mean -- the gadgets can get addictive. What is funny is my DH encourages it. He tells me "you gotta have one of those!" everytime he sees something unique. He is the same way about his tools so he indulges me too. I love Pampered Chef!

LOL! My husband does the same thing but I think it's so I can't tell him he doesn't need anymore tools! Yes...I'll admit it...I'm a kitchen gadget aholic!

My daughter called last night and asked if I ever got the PC stone loaf pan so I told her no and asked why she wanted to know...I thought she had an extra one or something. Her next question was...oh, by the way...when is your birthday again? So I can only guess that I'm getting a PC stone loaf pan for my birthday this year! She's so funny.......

You will love it -- never a scorched Banana Bread again! The stoneware is so great for those like me that used to have a "burnt bottoms" problem. My oldest son actually got me my first piece of stoneware when his wife had a party. He said, "Mom, even you won't burn the rolls with this!" He was right :)

I want to pass on a couple of tips the PC lady showed us. She took the Large Batter Bowl which I have sitting in a cupboard, poured in a whole box of bowtie pasta, filled it with water, put it in the microwave, uncovered for 20 minutes and we had perfect pasta! No boiling over on the stove, no mess, no fuss -- 20 minutes! She made a delicious pasta salad with it.

Another thing, the new Covered Baker -- you put a chicken in it and 30 minutes in the microwave it is falling apart tender! Talk about a great quick-fix meal!

There were so many tips I can't remember now. Will post as they come to mind.

I also have the batter bowl. What a great tip. Can you tell me how much water she put in it? Also do you remember what size box of pasta she used? I love PC. The pizza stone works really great. I love kitchen gadgets to, but my kids are almost grown and I don't cook that much anymore.

I have the pizza stone and the rectangular stone...not to mention a few cookbooks. I absolutely LOVE the pampered chef stoneware.

One question...are these items insured? My mom is wanting a stone but with shipment...can I be guaranteed if something arrives broken to receive a replacement or a refund?

Last day would be Monday or right up til around 9 am Tuesday morning, I guess. I have to meet with her to finalize the order and close it out Tuesday morning.

She used a one pound box of pasta and then filled the batter bowl to the top ridge with water. There are some beautiful dishes now. Look under Simple Additions -- I am starting a collection.

Also -- your stoneware has a 3 year guarantee on it once you get it.

Thanks I may try it for supper tonight. My cousin sells pc and she also works at my bank so every time pull into the drive thru at the bank she tells about all the new items. I love going to the parties because you get to eat. It's great.

Do you get Simple Additions dishes free if you get a certain amount of purchases? If so, I'm happy to contribute for your free dishes...I just spent TOO MUCH money :D It's all Tiggerwit's fault. When I bought pampered chef from her online show a few months ago, I got a free chef's tool and I LOVED it so much that I HAD to buy more...and they're $12 a piece!!! :eek: Of course, I bought other things, too. I'm addicted :p

Thanks Brenda! When you have a party, you earn free product or the right to order items at 1/2 price. The amount is based on party sales. So, yes you helped contribute to my dishes! :) I appreciate it -- they are so pretty. Those tools are nice aren't they? I may have to add some of those to my order too.

Dessert too!
 
The demo lady made a wonderful dessert too (so they tell me -- I am still dieting!) It looked gorgeous. She used the torte pan set, which comes with two baking pans that are super non-stick. They are designed so the finished torte (thin cake) has a lip around it. Then you can put all sorts of things in there and it stays. She used pudding, fruit, and whipped cream. Everyone was raving about it so it must have been really good. The cake she used was Island Breeze Rum Cake. She left out the rum but it had pineapple and coconut. My DH really liked it. I saved two pieces for him and my son, he ate them both. LOL! So, needless to say, I am ordering the torte pan set and getting that recipe!

UM that Torte sounds good. I will have to get a tort pan next time. My Daughter loves apple pie so I bought the apple peeler and stand and slice and a pie pan so we can make apple pie together. There were so many things I wanted to order so if you ever have another party let me know
