Had Puppy, Children Need Homes HELP NEEDED ASAP: Please help!!!! After two long years of being on a waiting list for an agility dog, we have been notified by the breeder that, at long last, our number has come up and ... WE ARE HAVING A PUPPY!!! We must get rid of our children IMMEDIATELY because we just know how time consuming our new little puppy is going to be and it just wouldn't be fair to the children. Since our little puppy will be arriving on Monday we MUST place the children into rescue this weekend! They are described as: One male - His name is Tommy, Caucasian (English/Irish mix), light blonde hair, blue eyes. Four years old. Excellent disposition. He doesn't bite. Temperament tested. Does have problems with peeing directly in the toilet. Has had chicken Pox and is current on all shots. Tonsils have already been removed. Tommy eats everything, is very clean, house trained & gets along well with others. Does not run with scissors and with a little training he should be able to read soon. One female - Her name is Lexie, Caucasian (English/Irish mix), strawberry blonde hair, green eyes quite freckled. Two years old. Can be surly at times. Non-biter, thumb sucker. Has been temperament tested but needs a little attitude adjusting occasionally. She is current on all shots, tonsils out, and is very healthy & can be affectionate. Gets along well with other little girls & little boys but does not like to share her toys and therefore would do best in a one child household. She is a very quick learner and is currently working on her house training-shouldn't take long at all. We really do LOVE our children so much and want to do what's right for them; that is why we contacted a rescue group. But we simply can no longer keep them. Also, we are afraid that they may hurt our new puppy. I hope you understand that ours is a UNIQUE situation and we have a real emergency here!!! They MUST be placed into your rescue by Sunday night at the latest or we will be forced to drop them off at the orphanage or along some dark, country road. Our priority now has to be our new puppy. -- Author Unknown |

That's hilarious! Thanks for sharing! |
omg thats like a lady i seen the other day she wanted to get rid of her dog because she didnt have time for him and he needed a good home and he went to one and then the next couple weeks i see her with a cocker spaniel puppy and im like uhhhh ok you were in need to get rid of him so you could get another dog, when you said you didnt have time for him, all dogs require time some just more than others. but thats funny |
Both kids sound adorable, I'd take them both! LOL, this is so "perfect" though - sounds exactly like what families write when they're trying to find their dog a new home b/c of a new baby. |
 That's a goood one! |
Do you ship?? :yelrotflm |
Haha! Nice post :) LOL |
We are looking for a little girl...not sure I could talk hubby into two boys in the house. Are you willing to split them up?:) LMAO...I found that really funny...I guess because it is so absurd! Thanks for the laugh! |
Thanks for a great laugh!!! Lord knows there were many days I would have liked to find new homes for my son and daughter, but not necessarily because of a new puppy!!! |
That's incredibly funny and on point! |
incredible message! |
Can you post pictures? LMAO |

This is just hilarious. Anyone who has kids can surely relate. I needed to good laugh this afternoon. |
;) Well, I THINK that it is just awful that anyone could possibly consider re-homing their children just because they have a new puppy. Children are after all a lifetime committment. Didn't you undertand that when you signed the agreement at the birthing center! What kind of people are you anyway? And to even hint that you night drop them off on the road, what kind of guilt-bribery is that?! People like you shouldn't be allowed to have children. They should neuter and spay all of you! :) There's a word for people like you, I just don't know what it is. Give me a second and I'll make something up. Child-relinquisher, that's it! I knew it was a weird thing! Hey-do they come with their clothes and toys?:D :D |
Is the boy old enough and strong enough th shovel horse poo???? If so, I'll take him! :lol tears This is such a very funny post but it brings home a very serious topic. Children and puppies are almost disposable these days. Look at all of the kids who are "sold" into child sex slavery.... and Goodness forbid if your dog should start some bad habit -- instead of accepting responsibility and fixing the problem too many people look for the "instant fix" by getting rid of the dog. |
Ha Ha! |
Do you have both parents on site??? |
