Sorry you're feeling down Shana. I think this time of year is hard of many people. With the stormy, snowy weather, little sunshine and other stuff being thrown in the mix, it is easy to feel this way. Just know that you aren't the only one and that life WILL get better. You can't have rainbows without first having some rain.......

Im so sorry you are feeling this way. I have been really down myself lately. A lot of different things going on. Keep your focus on the Lord, he will get you through it. I promise to pray for you! Tiffany and I send hugs and good thoughts!

Remember, you need some "you" time! Maybe a nice hot cup of tea, a good book and a hot bath will help you feel better -- all the "yuck" is still waiting for you, but at least for a few minutes you can escape.

Shana, I'm so sorry you're feeling down. I know that feeling and it's not fun. I hope and pray that Penny will turn out okay...I hadn't heard about her illness and will pray for her...and you too!

I hope you will cheer up soon. You are loved by all of us and will be having lots of good thoughts and prayers coming your way.

Oh Shana! I am sorry to hear that Penny isn't doing well - please keep us posted when you get back from the vet.

And....You! You need to just take a deep breath, do some deep praying and you will come back out of your rut in no time. Just remember, you have so many friends and loved ones (including the furry ones) that are there for you!

I'm so sorry that you are going thru bad times right now.. life has its up and downs and I believe that when you are going thru the bad its because you are not focusing enought on the wonderful good things. For example you are an independent business owner, great mom to three adorable fur-babies, and awesome person who will always be there to say kind words and prayers for any needy friend here in YT. I can only imagine the gazillion positive qualities your family and local friends can come up with when describing you!! So keep your chin up and I promise it will be over before you know it. ;)

Shana, im sorry you are feeling this way. I too have had some feeling down/sad times within the last year and had some lovely posts from YTers and it definately helped me to read them and remember that i am not alone. Thank you everyone for your kind words, Im feeling better already! Especially not that I just got back from the Vet with Penny. The bump on her back that got bigger this month turned out to just be a yucky cyst and the vet drained it (this was quite disgusting). As for the hyperplasia in her mouth and the blister that popped yesteday from it, the vet put her on a expensive antiobiotic. My vet said there isnt really anythign that can be done about the type of hyperplasia that Penny has in her mouth:( . So I dont know, I need to look into it and get other vet's opinions. Apparently its just something that boxers commonly get. Basicaly what it is, or what Penny's symptoms are is her gums get really swollen and get huge grape-sized blisters (I call them blisters, not really sure what else to call it) and they dont ever go away. Yesterday was the first time one popped and it bled which really freaked me out.

BUt anyways I also had a full blood panel done today so I can make sure penny doesnt have a thryoid porblem since she sheds sooooooo much and gained alot of weight. The good news is she is 2 lbs lighter than she was last time I took her to the vet. She now weighs 86 lbs :)
