Its on the 3rd report. They showed a picture of pups he shot because they had ringworm

What got me is he lied in court about not shooting puppies - then, they produced proof and he had to admit it. If he'll lie in court - then I have a feeling he could lie about everything else.

I had almost started to feel bad about all the attention IF things were as legit as he said right on this site - but seeing all those BBB Reports - and the fact that he ADMITTED TO SHOOTING DOGS that don't sell - I have no sympathy for him at all.

HE BREEDS THESE DOGS - then shoots them if they don't make him money ? That is SICK Dobie - really sick

Dogs just want a home where they can live out their lives ....to shoot them because they didn't earn HIM money is evil.

I didn't see where he admitted he shot the dogs! I saw a bad photo or something with someones writing on it. I mean really would you write something like that? I don't think anyone would be that stupid do you? I really want to see the court records because all this is just too darn strange to me.
Ok I have taken some interrogation courses and the woman who was in the chair was not telling the truth! It is obvious from the eye movement and body language. Just My Opinion from past teachings!

Don't get mad I just don't trust the media and David with Fox would not address any of my questions so why should I believe him? I mean really the two different news agency's quoted two different amounts of money for the award settlements! Whats up with that?

I agree if someone is just out shooting dogs that is bad bad bad. But this is all circumstantial evidence at this point. and that is a Fact at this point.
I went and read the BBB reports on-line and over 2/3 are closed on him and the other 1/3 are still open. It did not give much more info than that. But FOX did not point that out either! I just go back to their initial comment

The Sheriff talking on camera ...the courts...the interviews ...the BBB reports ...people posting right on this site who had bad experiences all are enough for me. Fox did a good job - he had his say, but after the 3rd report - he sunk to a new level in my eyes.

I was there and remember very well what they tried to pull on me. Had I ordered online & not made the trip to that kennel - I would be a statistic right now in the complaint stack against Brushy Creek.

Course if at the time I knew he sells approx 15 breeds - I would never have considered him in the first place. The reason he has seperate websites for each breed is because he is a puppy mill. Shooting dogs is a millers way of dealing with excess baggage and it's sick & cruel.

David Moore's non-verbal behaviors aren't much better than hers. Particularly when he is speaking of people that have bought from him and are happy with their dogs.
