When I'm on my "game" I do Jazzercise 3X a week for 1 hour, Eliptical 20 minutes, stationary bike 20 minutes and free weights 10 minutes 4X a week,Salsa 1 hour 2X a week and when the Belly Dancing class is availble 1 hour once a week. When I'm off my game Salsa 2X week for 1 hour, Elipitical, bike and free weights 3X a week. |
