Am I bad pet owner?????? I was told on another forum that I'm a bad pet owner and that I have no business having dogs. They said that red flags were all over me because in the last 2 months I had a yorkie stolen (Ace), a dog that was thrown from a window that I picked up then later get out of my yard and get attacked by a pit bull (Hope), and now I have 2 sick dogs possiably from the food (Kitty and Alexis). I think I take good care of my dogs and that I'm doing great by them. What do you all think? Am I really bad????? Please give me your honest opinions. (I won't get mad. Promise!) |
I think it is a string of bad luck, still on word on Ace? Poor baby, you know it's not your fault about the food either. Geeze some people are just plain mean! |

Thank you for your kind words. Some neighborhood kids saw Ace with an old man that has since moved away. I think I may never really know though. |

Awwww......sorry for all the misfortunes that have been upon you! I don't know you, but I would agree w/ everyone else and say that it just sounds like a string of bad luck. Just take a step back and look at your life and see what has been happening and try to avoid and prevent them. I am sure things will brighten up soon - I hope so anyway. Poor Ace.........I just hope that little Ace is being well taken care of, but he should be home w/ his family! |
OMG people can be so mean !!! IF you KNOW you've done right by your dogs then don't you dare listen to that stuff.... I hope the 2 little sick ones get to feeling better - are you sure it's the food making them sick ??? |
That is a lot of misfortune to befall one pet owner in 2 months time. If it was me I would re-evaluate how I was caring for them. Think if there is anything you can do to make sure those things do not happen again. If so, take the new precautions; if not, then realize that some bad things can happen even when we are doing most everything right. |
