Mike's not the only one with a Moose problem! I don't know if any of you saw the news but, here in central mass...(I think it was Westford) there was a female moose that just wouldn't leave! she made herself very comfortable behind someones garage...It was on the news. Some guy said that he got so close to it that he could pet it! I don't know if this is something I would do. She wasn't going anywhere too soon! Seemed to like it behind the garage! I don't know if she's still there or not... |
 I want a pet moose :D |
Wow! Do they know where the moose came from? That is crazy! |
a moose running around in MA ?? LOLOL wow - I've heard it all now - I grew up on the East coast and didn't even know they HAVE moose there |
I remember many years ago a moose somehow made its way here where I live in the PA-NY border. People were ordered to leave it alone so the authorities could catch it and transport it back up north. Well, some guy shot it, claiming he mistook it for a rabbit or squirrel or something stupid like that. He was fined, jailed and lost hunting priveleges for quite some time. But it still didn't give that poor lost moose back it's life. I hope this one finds it's way back home safe and sound. |

I live on the outskirts of a small city. Though I live in a very residential area it still has alot of woods surrounding us...a couple of years ago we had a bear at the bottom of our street...Many have seen coyotes...I had 22 deer in my back yard one year and I don't have a huge back yard...they were almost up the back door...I have seen gray fox, opossum, rabbits...the poor rabbits make a good snack for the fox and coyotes though...hate it when I hear them getting attacked..it almost sounds like they are screaming...horrible! |
oh don't mind me I want a pet everything LOL except creepy crawlies, and snake. |
