I doubt she's sent the refund. These are more of her lies trying to make me believe that she's doning the right thing. I am sorry but I just don't trust her. She's told me before that she's mailed stuff out then to find out she hasn't.:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: I'm going to go make a cup of hot tea and try to calm myself down. I'm so frustrated right now that I'm almost to tears. |

I agree with you. I too am one of her 'customers' who placed an order in early Dec. for a Christmas gift and has yet to see any results. After several early pm's with allot of excuses of illness and broken cookies, etc. I just had resigned myself that I could kiss my money goodbye. I have been quietly reading these threads, and i am in awe of her complete disregard for the people (the only people) she had to turn to in a crisis. Shana, if it will help you, I will also file a paypal dispute. By now I don't want the treats either anyway. I believe she did have good intentions because I ordered from her before and got great treats on time. Just a sad business:( |

That 'lost in the mail' excuse doesn't fly :( :( ....If I had been a customer and she ignored/scammed me I\'d be REALLY upset too...but for those she told something was \'LOST\' ....then it WILL COME back to her and she can resend it. She\'s the only one who can make it right - and again - don\'t hold your breath. |

I see that she isn\'t on anymore and didn\'t read my pm. I\'ve given her until Wednesday to receive my refund and if I haven\'t by then, I\'m going to the law. I\'m tired of dealing with this. |
