Well, I guess I'm no help either then because that's what we bought both of ours when they turned 16!

Let's see...gee...I don't know with kids now...everything seems to revolve around technology. Maybe a prepaid credit card so they could shop wherever they wanted?

I have one that will 16 this year all she can talk about is a car . Im thinking more like ear rings and a nice new phone something like that , :animal-pa hey maybe a road trip with her friends mine talks about that too. (with you)

I had a cool sweet sixteen, my mom rented a banquet hall and hired a dj and had it catered I had a "dance" that was part of my gift but I also got some sweet tiny diamond ear rings which I have now made into a cocktail ring. What a fun time that was!


Day at the spa with friends sounds sweet too!

Drivers ED. That is what I recommended to my friend. He is buying his daughter a car (they have money like that ;0). But the thing is that he was going nuts trying to teach her to drive. So for the holidays I suggested Drivers ED Classes so they could maintain their love for each other and not kill each other and it really is the gift that keeps on giving.

Take her out to eat at her favorite place, then a trip to the mall for a shopping spree. My daughter is only 13, but she loves shopping for herself and picking at her clothes, cause she is very picky. This year for Christmas we bought her all kinds of surprises that were not clothes, then we took a Sat. went down to Indianapolis, went out to eat then shopping for her to pick out all her clothes. We had a really fun day, and it was good one on one quaility time with her.

im 16 soo maybe i can help lol! i have a car already thank god we can get them at 16 but yeh that would be a good idea... a cell phone, digital camera ,watch, jewlery, clothesss! lol

i would agreee with another yorkie(maybe this time you can a dopt one). It really depends on what she likes...if she still lives with you, you can have quality time by remodeling her room....or even better-a digital camera....let me knoe on what u will get her:thumbup:

Hmmm, for our oldest daughter's 16th bday, we got a resort in Orlando for the weekend and I took her and two of her friends to Pleasure Island at Downtown Disney. But if she has the ipod, digital camera, cell phone and laptop already. . .And is it a "cool" cell phone? I upgraded my youngest daughters phone for Christmas. The LG EnV is the phone and other than the lease on a horse it is her favorite present. But she spends a lot of time on the phone--3000+ texts a month. . .
