Any suggestions for a no wire bra?
 
All I own is underwire bras but I'm having my breast surgery Friday and the Dr. told me I need a good, supportive no wire bra. It needs to be comfortable since I have to wear it 24/7. I want to run out and get it tomorrow. Thanks!

Good luck with your surgery! I had a reduction in 2001 and my surgeon had me wear the Bali Double Support bra. They sell them at JCPenney's and I think Sears. VERY comfy:thumbup: Get a few so that you have one to wear while the others are being washed and air dried;)

Thank you! I should have posted that I'm not getting a boob job or a reduction though!:) I'm having surgery to remove hopefully not pre-cancerous breast calcifications.

I'll check out those bras tomorrow at the mall. Thanks again!

when i consulted with my doc for a breast reduc. he said they use medical bras made just for thiese things like implants and such maybe a medical store may have one,

I hate bras period! I can't wait to retire and I swear that is the first thing that will go in the trash!:D

Rats I was going to say sports bra - I love them but look like Dolly parton when I wear mine lol -

Hmmmmm - do you have Cato's in your area ?? I saw GORGEOUS bras in that store today - I'm going back for one .....and Lunas mom just gave you stores you'll have a good chance of no wires ...JC penny has a big selection as does Dillards/Macy's and even Sears

GOOD LUCK with your surgery Carolyn - I'm here waiting for you and please update as soon as you can - I'm so nervous for you but I know everything will be fine !! I just feel it. HUGS and go buy you something comfortable AND sexy - you may end up tossing those wire things :)

I'm obsessed with Victoria's Secret Ipex no wire bra. It is the most comfortable thing I've ever put on my body. I love it. GOOD LUCK with your surgery! You'll have to post before and after shots!

I LOVE those and they don't sell the cup size I need - I spent an hour in that store and left empty handed :( With the whole world getting implants you\'d THINK they\'d have something in 38 DD or DDD but nope... the dd\'s run small

You can do surgery on a couple of your wiry bras and remove the wire. Just make sure they still offer some support.

Thanks for that info. I have not found one that is confortable in 2yrs!
I will definately go this weekend and try it out. I don\'t know if I changed or the darn bras are just not comfortable anymore. Never had a problem before this.

If your bra isn\'t comfortable, that means you are more than likely wearing the wrong size! Our bodies change so much even from year to year. I would highly recommend that you get remeasured and THEN get an Ipex. They really are wonderful. It seriously feels like I\'m not even wearing a bra.

Before and after shots! I\'m not getting a boob job!:eek:

I just might buy one of the Ipex bras. I love the VS underwire bras. They\'re the most comfortable underwires I\'ve ever worn.

That sounds heavenly. I know most of us are wearing the wrong size bra I saw the Oprah show that stated it! Any idea who would re-size me?
Is that a service done by Victoria Secret?
