Im assuming this is me since you sent me a pm awhile back. I havent even read the rest of the thread I just logged onto YT for the first time since friday and someone pointed out this thread to me. I tried to look up your order over a week ago and again today like you asked in a pm and I cant find anythign on the 16th for the name you gave me and I pmed you back with this response after you told me the name the order was supposed to be under. All orders from that day have been mailed and were mailed along tim ago. I see no orders with your name anywhere near that date so Im not sure what to do? Without being able to find the order I cant look for a tracking number. Could it be under a different name? |

Like you, I tried petedge before and I won't be doing business with them anytime soon.......it was my first and last experience with them. It wasn't about delayed shipping but lack of communication and sending the wrong item twice....lol |

It isn't just you, sometimes things take time. I know I am waiting on a few things and I have been amazed at how fast some come and how slow some things come also. Good luck! I hope whatever it was gets to you soon! Regarding PetEdge, I have never had any problems w/ my shipments from them! Have people really had problems from there? I have had more delays from, er, uh, ordering from actual people, then from that big company. In fact, my huge box that weighed a ton (bought several gallons of shampoo, etc) was shipped for only $24 dollars and came w/in that same week! Now, that is awesome!!!! |

Her issue is actually totally different from yours and like I said in my other post please give me the name your order is under. I have thousands of orders and I am just not able to memorize names, so I can look up your order once you tell me the name its under. And as for your emails, like it says in my auto repsonse email we are absolutely flooded with orders because of the holiday season over the past month. We are working as hard and fast as possible to get them out. I dont just get orders from YT, I get hundreds of orders from all over the world. My website says orders take 1-3 weeks within the USA and it says this now in 9 different places and right now since its the busy holidays it is taking 3 weeks to receive our handmade products. Unfortunately even the post office is taking a little longer on our packages as well. Lunasmomma, I said in another thread to you I went thru my pm's and I dont see one from you but I could be wrong. I went through everything for the past week and didnt see anything. As for the emails the autoresponse I have set up should answer almost any question that someone has ever asked me, I have this set up right now so I can spend as much time as possible this time of year workign on orders. Basically the only type of emails I get are inquiries about orders, questions about wether we ship worldwide, wether or not we take credit cards, have catalogs, shipping methods, etc, all of which are answered many times throughout my website including store info page. So I have found that by setting up an auto response email that kindly answers these questions it enables me to spend more time sewing and actually workign on orders. I already have 2 other people that sew but unfortunately it takes all 3 of us or all my orders would be taking more that 3 weeks right now. I apologize for this. |
Shana, I never got any automated response:confused: Regardless, I just checked the site again and I see that my order has now shipped, yay! I have no idea why my PM's never got through to you. I appreciate that you are busy this time of year, which is why I ordered on Nov. 20th. Next year I'll have to order more in advance so I have the Christmas stuff in time to do pictures and whatnot. I ordered two outfits for Gracie on 11/21. They were supposedly shipped on 12/12 via USPS priority mail. I still have not seen my order. I have emailed several times and PM'd once and still no response. I'm not sure what to do other than dispute the charge on my credit card and then send the merchandise back if and when it ever arrives. Sorry, I'm feeling a bit like Mr. Scrooge today as I wanted Gracie to have her new clothes for Christmas. |
