"These people think that this dog is a human being," he said. "It's not a human being. And that dog was trespassing."
Dustin, 74, said he can't afford a lawyer and would take whatever comes as the litigation continues. "If they want to put me in jail, that's what they can do," he said. "I'm not going to pay them anything because I don't owe them anything. All I'm going to do is go to court and go through the motions."
| The dog was trespassing ??? what - did he have signs up ??? did he think the DOG could READ ?? How would a dog know if he's trespassing ?
the dog didn't kill anything - didn't threaten him - so why shoot the poor thing ???
I hope he does go to jail - he's coldhearted and good for that couple is right - to kill an innocent dog for no reason is WRONG and is called animal Cruelity. You don't just shoot at animals if they aren't bothering you - he had to know that dog was someones pet.
good for those people - they sound like so many of us calling their dog their 'little boy' I hope they get lots of media attention even if they don't win. |
