Need Picture Help...Please!!! 4 Attachment(s) Okay, my good digital camera needed batteries and I didn't want to use my good film camera (because I like to see my shots), so I grabbed my digital/still camcorder.........I FORGOT that it didn't have a flash on it, so I ended up w/ dark pictures. I tried to lighten them w/ my photo software...which is the old Microsoft Picture it 7.0 (that came w/ my computer)....yes, I know......I need to get a new program......... Okay, so I have two questions....... #1. What program(s) do you use and what are their pros/cons. #2. Is there anyway I can lighten these pictures??? Like, can I go to Wal-Mart, etc.....or can anyone help? OR am I just out of luck? I got some great pictures of all the dogs around the tree and just hate to not be able to use the pictures......and my chances of having the time or getting them all together again are VERY slim!!! Okay, here are some pictures of what they look like after I lightened them as good as I could w/ my software. Thanks! I really (REALLY) need help! First off that last pic looks great as for the lighting for sure I'm no professional just love taking pics ;) I have a HP Imagezone that came with my camera I use alot....and if you want to have pics printed from Walmart you can edit them online from their site and see how they look. I also use sonyimagestation to edit pics for free as well ...Hope this helps ya a little atleast.. |
I am working on them with Picasa2. Its free software. It is awesome. It will index all of your pictures on your computer and provide a library of them. It also has tools to fix pictures. |

Thanks so much! I need to download that.......Villette.......I know you told me what to do before, but can you send me the link to that so I can download it? That would be great! The ones of Mojo (the top four) actually didn't turn out tooo horribly bad, but not a good print quality........and the ones of all the dogs, those were just poor!!! Thank you Villette - I will go through tomorrow and pick out a few and email them to you! Thank you Katys Mom!!! Thank you for taking the time to play around w/ them. Sorry I didn't post sooner....we just finished painting my daughters room and tomorrow it's decorating time!!! Yay! |
