when do you.......... Put up your Christmas Tree? Im trying to decide when to put it up.... |
usually right after we buy it. :D haha sorry. We normally get it around the first week of December. then we put it up that night so it falls out, then we decorate it the next day. :) |
We will be putting ours up either tomorrow or Saturday. |
I put mine up last Thanksgiving. It's still up. |

we put ours up last weekend. we decotated the inside, not the outside yet, its raining today or we would have started. |

I always put my tree up the day after Thanksgiving...unfortunately I can't put it up tomorrow because I'm moving next Thursday. Christmas is my favorite holiday so I cannot wait until I get into my new home and put it up. I don't do the black Friday shopping because I hate going shopping when the stores are crowded and see all the ghetto ppl fight over stuff so I prefer to stay home and put my tree up. |
When we had a real tree we'd put it up just a couple weeks before Christmas. Any sooner than that and it would lose too many needles too early... Now that we've moved to a fake one, it's up a good month before (and it's up for a couple weeks after too :rolleyes: ). I actually plan on dragging it out of the basement tomorrow. Hubby and I will probably do all the decorating on Saturday. |
I will get mine sometime between now and next week-end. And it will come down within a day or two after Christmas. |
I used to always put mine up the day after Thanksgiving, but I am getting older and it takes me a day to recoop from all the cooking :) so, maybe this weekend. I love the house decorated for Christmas! |

I usually do all my decorating the weekend following Thanksgiving since I have a few days off at that time--but that is RIGHT NOW and I'm not ready to decorate just yet... |
I usually put mine up like the 2nd week of December but, I think I might put it up this weekend...This will be the first time that I have ever put up the tree and decorations this early...We have a woodstove insert in our fireplace in the living room and as much as I love the smell of a real tree it wouldn't last very long..so...I just buy the yankee candle, Christmas Wreath, and people think I have a real tree! |

Oh Top Foods had them last year. They weren't big, table top size. Print neon pink and the other one was lime green. |
I putting mine up tomorrow night, will probably finish it Sat. I have to do it in two stages b/c it is HUGE...it's like, the tree from Rockafella Center (SP?) I prefer to put it up the weekend AFTER T'giving, but I am normally out of town.:rolleyes: I think we should have a thread for everyone to post pics of their trees!:thumbup: I love Christmas trees! And I love looking at other trees...no two trees are the same!:p |
