K. Federline Seeking Custody!
 
I just read on line Kevin is seeking sole custody of both children and seeking child support! I can't believe it. What court would give him sole custody?
Is it possible? Looks like Brittney is in for a legal battle!

Unless there is an insane judge out there somewhere, I don't think he stands a chance!! I heard this is his way of getting more money than the pre-nup allows for. What a LOSER!!!!!

I saw on-line he had give away tickets for his concert. He needs to get some money from some where. Can you imagine how much the child support would be. I'll bet he is thinking it would give himself a nice little living for a while. Besides he would hire a nanny to take care of them so he wouldn't have too.
I like Brittany but he has made her look bad and it has shown a side of her we all wish we could forget.

I just read that Britney is looking to give pictures of her new baby to magazines for free! In the pre-nup, any profit from pictures sold goes to KFed. GO BRITNEY! I'm pretty sure that KFed will get nothing out of this divorce. She got him far enough to make his own record, he can support himself... it's not her fault nobody bought it!

He is such a loser, with a capital LOSER, not even just one letter :rolleyes: I didn't like her before but she stuck it out and tried to make it work. I have new found respect for her, especially because of how she's up and wiping the dirt right off of her and taking care of her boys. She's had some incidents but from a distance she seems to be a good mom, continuosly learning, and she really loves those boys. Too bad she will be 24 and single mom, but at least she has the money to support herself. FEDEX is such a loser. His album sold something like 6100 and rumors are that he bought several thousand himself to hand out to family and friends :rolleyes: so I guess he sold like 3000..lol...there is footage of him receiving a text message about Brittany divorcing him, and he gets all upset, it's hilarious. Karma baby. He's getting what he deserves for being a sucky husband, but even worse a sucky dad.:thumbdown

i wanted her to marry justin oh well im so mad kevin federline never wanted custudy of the first kids only the ones who have the rich mom i hope he get zero after all when they first got married he spent tons taking his boys to the palms and stuff i hate him he thinks he is all that and he is ugly if i was going to be a suger momma a would at least get a man who was a 10

I have no problems with her
but even looking from just the cover of trashy magazines
her life went DOWN DOWN DOWN when she met Kevin
she obviously just realizes what an idiot she's been, and how she's screwed up her image, and now she wants to repair things, and be clean again.
and she seems like a GREAT mom, she loves those kids
she always would say in interviews how she jus twante dto have kids ha ha

Kevin Federline should stay far away, and he really shouldn't get any more than he's getting, thats what a PRENUP is for!!

I lke Britney too, I hope all goes well for her. I think she will pay a very high price for this mistake (Kevin, people like this do not go away easy) but hope she comes out strong.

Unfortunately those problems Brit had in the media might end up costing her because of those CPS investigations. I'm sure that if Fedex had actually been around his kids the same things would have happened. I really hope it doesn't bite her in the butt later. I'm NOT surprised he's doing all of this for the money. It was a good point that he didn't bother fighting for his first two kids. Shar says he rarely visits them now after him and Brit had their first baby. Shar says she hasn't even met Sean Preston.
I hope Brit gets the kids. I don't think he ever loved her or ANY his kids. He was out promoting his stupid album instead of staying home with Brit spending time with the kids and helping his wife recover from her pregnancy. He was a MADE man and he was dumb enough to ruin it all. He didn't HAVE to release a rap album and spend so much time touring. He could have just lived off of her money and his job would be to make her and the kids happy. He's pretty stupid if you ask me.

I think he just took advantage of her to get his name out there. I honestly don't hope the CPS investigations determine who gets the kids. But hopefully not, because they never found anything wrong. I mean kids fall, accidents happen (highchair;when she tripped) and I'm sorry, but if I had the media literally rocking my car and pounding on my windows, I too would probably hold onto my kid instead of leaving him in the backseat. Maybe it's still not right, but that had to be a scary incident for her and I'm sure she panicked. Don't most people panic and not think/act right? I just honestly hope the best for her and the babies.

this is the way it should have been in my eyes she works she is the star and he stay home with the kids a lot of people do it not everyone has to be the star he should have been the stay at home dad all he had to do was take care of his children its not like he had to clean they have a maid if i had a rich famous husband i would not work i would take care of the kids and stay out of the spot light and i would just have people to cook and clean thats what he should have done just stayed home and not gone to the clubs and stuff and about k feds first kids i saw his kids with brit there step mom more than i saw them with there own father how sad is that
