Well, I for one, am devastated by the outcome of the election!

Coming from a State that has been run by some sleezy politicians for the past 10 years I can't believe they re-elected ANYONE from the same party! Good God...we already have the highest tax rates in the NATION!!! Wonder why????

I really try to vote for the best "person" for each position. It's very important to me to vote. Party voting in my opinion is wrong unless you really think everyone in that party is the kind of person you want representing you...like I said just my opinion.

SLEEZY?? God, if you want a picture of Sleezy just go look at the president. He is such a cow and hopefully the Dem's will win the Presidential too! It seems like everyone is so worried about thier money, when we have much larger things to worry about. I AM SO HAPPY!:thumbup:

The President's tax breaks for the wealthy have cost us dearly in terms of the national debt (which, by the way, is largely owed to China). It is obscene to give tax breaks to the wealthy when we are at war. All Americans should've been asked to pay their share and not pass it on to our children.

I am incredibly happy!! Go Dems!

For the pres. in 2008 though, I am banking on McCain...he is a middle-of-the-aisle person that I think we need. In all honesty, I just want someone that can even put up a facade of intelligence! Image IS important when you are the president, and back-tracking on nearly everything you say is also nothing to be commended.

American needs moderates. Not crazy liberals, not crazy conservatives. MODERATES.

As for the republican government that we've had in so far, well...good riddance. Once they are sworn in, you will see a turnaround in this country very quickly. Bush wouldn't be so bad if he didn't have the majority party in the senate and congress to back him up on everything..with the democratic majority, expect them to do a lot of questioning and checking the president.

I am neither Democrat or Republican, I vote for whomever I feel stands for what I believe in. Too bad that either way they both end up letting us down and we bitch about it and want to vote the other party back in. It's a vicious cycle. I want to vote for Oprah. Too bad she is smart enough not to run.

Couldn't have said it better myself!!!!!!!

I, for one, am a Republican and a huge Bush fan. He is a good person. He is a Christian. Every single person on his cabinet is a Christian. He is only doing what he thinks is best for America. Yes, he has made mistakes, but so has EVERY SINGLE PRESIDENT! There have been good and bad Presidents from BOTH parties, democrat and republican alike. Bush has done a fantastic job of defending our country against subsequent terrorist attacks. He inherited an economy that was in a BAD recession and then 9/11 came. Give him a break. :rolleyes: And don't believe everything you hear in the media.

atleast republican bush wasnt caught doing naughty things with his interns and impeached. whats that say for democrats!:rolleyes: war is bad yes BUT im sorry ppl in the military made a oath to protect and serve Thats THEIR JOB. you dont really see none of them bitching and whining. They understand thats what they are suppose to do. If Kerry would have gotten into office the world would have went to the crapper. Bush doesnt put up with any crap. some things he does could be handles alittle more tactfully but after 9/11 he took action and thats what a PRESIDENT is suppose to do. Not sit around and "talk" and be a wuss! I pray for the world if A democrapper gets presidency this year!! Democrats are all for raising taxes and deepening their pockets. Bar none! I am done now!

I'm sorry but you are another victim, and that's sad. Bush is not a Christian, and so many people base their beliefs about him soley on that. A lot of people that sell themselves as Christians ARE NOT...

I also have several emails from my friend who is a solider in Iraqu. Believe it or not, the Iraqui people appreciate us being there and for overthrowing Sadam.

I guess I am worried about my money....I much prefer to keep a roof over our heads, food on our table, health care and all the basic necessities to care for our children.

No one will agree on this subject...However, I do believe that for the first time we had a SURPLUS in washington when Clinton was in office, don't care who the hell he slept with as long as my tax dollars were being used to benefit ME and not all the business!!! GOOO DEMOCRATS!!! I'm sooo excited, this country needs a change!!!
